STAR JINN PALISADE:
Masala Al Kahov means "Wish upon a star". It is a Shopping Palisade that includes original builds from here in open sim made by our own builders as well as remodeled and repaired builds from other freebie grids. Original plants, original furniture as well as furniture from other freebie places. We also offer free "small shops" for folks to "rent" for $0 and place some display prims out along with a land mark back to their own region or grid. Let us be your hub! Ask us about Masala Estates while you're here. We plan to have it all from homes to hats here you can wish up on a star and you may just get your wish at the "Star Jinn Palisade" shopping mall. ALL of our builds are Free and Full Perm. When you arrive at the landing point, you will need to touch the Jinn (Genie) bottle to teleport to the main docks, OR if you're adventurous you can grab a raft from the rezzer and take your chances crossing the waters to the main landing.
My latest build can be found at our Mall, available to any and all who might enjoy an English Manor House, or at least my idea of one. Inspired by some photographs of "Jolly Old England", "Devon, Plymouth England" and a few of the other grids around in Open Sim. This build is partial mesh so modifying it might be a bit of a challenge, otherwise it's fully copy, modify, transfer and be happy. Blessings and much love, Lavia

The newest addition to our Mall is being installed...the Le Beau Retrouvè Art Gallery which is designed and built by our very own Star Ravenhurst! All of our art displays including sculptures, paintings, photography will be overseen by Star. More to come when it's completed and open for visiting!

Our beautiful Star Jinn Palisade Mall! It's not got as much as we'd like, but very nearly all of what you see on display are our original builds created with the open sim community in mind. Come and visit and explore a mall with a unique touch and design - all outdoor except the specialty shops. Our featured shops are GramZ's Country Creations, Star Ravenhurst Designs (She has a specialty shop and large section of buildings that are a must see), Fall's For You specialty shop of unique avatars, youth avatars and clothing, cleaned up and presented by our own Dusty Falls. Buildings that are "Thor" built and much more. It's best to explore the entire mall (region) rather than just stand at the welcome point and cam. My own little shop in the Star Jinn Palisade Mall features a full kitchen set with working dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, sink with water off and on. The fridge gives glasses of cold water though I may need to upgrade the script so it animates the avatar to drink the water.... :D. You'll find complete living room suits, lamps and even a complete set of dishes for on the dinner table. The Dinette set chairs have sits though no animation to eat, I'm sure eventually I'll get around to that. Our Patio & Deck Furniture n Décor section features our original builds including patio/beach/deck tables with umbrellas and chairs, fountains and the tree bench. We will be adding much more as time goes by and there are plenty of shops in our mall to explore. Our Building Supplies department at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall! We have regular doors, sliding doors, interior and exterior doors, screen doors and doors with windows. We have stone wall sections both straight and curved and windows of various kinds, regular, fancy and bay windows. There are various door frames, fancy, modern, fantasy and arched and we even have a fancy mesh elven arch. We also have various pillar styles that you might like. New adventure for me making dishes and cutlery. Here we have my spring violet table set and everything is modifiable, copyable, transferrable. This is a pretty complete set but you have to see it to appreciate it. You can find it in my little shop at the Mall. A friend asked me if I had a tree bench, you know the kind that circles a tree so you can relax in the shade? Well no I didn't have one so I built one, complete with sits enough for 8 people. This Fantasy Manor is beautifully done and very detailed. It's based on the four seasons and includes a large courtyard ripe for decorating to your likes. The inside has a beautifully designed and detailed fireplace and large kitchen area and plenty of room on the next 3 floors up for whatever your heart desires including a room already textured for a bathroom. This Fantasy Castle Manor would be a great addition to any medieval or fantasy sim. An Open Sim original build by one of many talented builders on the genesis roleplay grid. My first feeble attempt at making a bed. I need to find the sleep pose ball for it and it'll be ready to go. Hopefully I'll learn to do more and nicer things. On the brighter side!! Wicker Globe Ceiling Lights for anywhere in your house. They are totally copiable, modifiable and transferable for the next owner. Just touch the attached light switch and you have high, medium and low light settings, the 4th touch turns them off. The light switch can be manipulated in "edit select" to be on any wall you like it. Once you have it the way you want it simply touch and enjoy the warmth of the light. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Expanding the collection of Livingroom Suites this one is done in leopard print, faux of course, with polished black wood and touch lamps and an oval area rug. I'll be working on fireplaces and hopefully, eventually, flower arrangements and candles for the coffee and end tables, for now it's just the furniture. Stop in and see, as I have several that I will be putting out over the next few days.

Nothing beats a warm cozy fire on a cold winter's day, or even just to relax by or for some to get all romantic with. Whatever your desire, this fireplace is the ticket. It is designed to service 2 rooms at once with openings on both sides and it comes complete all you need to do is set it out and you've got your fireplace, logs, and even fire and sound (Thanks to Light and Sound Museum). My very first attempt at a fully mesh living room suit. It has a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table and multicolored touch floor lamp that works. The sofa and chair both have sits, just right click the cushion, select sit here and when you sit the menu pops up. The only thing not mesh is the oval area rug for obvious reasons, it's only one prim to start with. The upholstery pattern is "Peacock" and the wood is light walnut. The coffee and end table are brass, glass and wood. I hope you will enjoy this suit for your region as much as I did making it. - Blessings and much love, Lavia

My latest build - Lavine Manor House - it has areas for a Kitchen, a Diningroom, a Livingroom and Entry room on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor is one large room which can be used for a large family room, game room or whatever your pleasure is and the 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. It does not come furnished so you can have fun shopping to furnish it to your own tastes. This home has specially designed windows that really do not need curtains or drapes, sliding front and back doors and cedar paneling. The stairwell is large, open and allows one to enjoy their surrounding scenery. I very much enjoyed building it and I hope you will enjoy living in it! Some New items at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall, our shopping region. A full Kitchen and Dining set complete with a working oven that has a light, exhaust fan and working broiler drawer and oven rack. The sink has a functioning dishwasher and the washer and dryer can be turned on and off with a simple "fade" command. There are cupboards in different sizes and arrangements and a full set with "glass" doors. These items are boxed and ready to go with rez instructions included. The entire region of Masala Al Kohav (which means wish upon a star) is, in fact, Star Jinn Palisade Mall. As we grow and add you will find everything from homes to furniture to clothing and avatars as well as gardening items. Specialty Shops like Star Ravenhurst Designs and Falls For You featuring items by Dusty Falls. From Castles to Cabins, Mansions to Mud huts, Closets, Cupboards, Cabbage and Carrots, we have it all. We are not closing down while we make changes which are being done in an effort to make your shopping experience more enjoyable and less laggy. We plan to make a few changes and we will not have ALL of the homes on display, just the beset of the best and our original creations. We will have one building for all of the other's to be displayed in boxes only. We're greedy we want our prims for our original builds because, after all, that's what Open Sim is about! Original creativity in our development and design. So we'll work around your shopping and....if you need anything or can't find it, just ask we'll do what we can.
YES! We're open and all are welcome to come and explore what we have for free which is almost everything. There is a lot to see and more to come as we're adding daily. Come and see for yourself. When you arrive on the landing spot, just go to the dock and rez a raft and move to the main dock, but be careful of the sharks they like to try to upset the raft. :D Original creations and others we've picked up from all over hypergrid.
