OSCC Developing Virtual Simulations to Support Retention of Skills in Essential Newborn Care

This presentation highlights the approaches to developing scenario-based virtual simulations including level design and flow, responding to the needs of novice users and gamification. We will use as a case study, vENC, a virtual simulation supporting the retention of health professional skills in essential newborn care.
