so looking at the info a good way for them to collect free items with out the need to go shopping, its all stored in there own grid's assets, and its all god modded available to that grid owner to use as they see fit, so in conclusion: please be careful what you share, and so on in relation to the said box and grid database.

That is not the intent of the Storage Facility. We have enough of our own inventory without raiding the storage boxes. At the end of the day you don't have to use it.

when putting the inventory in said box, where is the data from the inventory stored, on your data base?, the avatars home grid database?, or some other database?, and is that then, database that is stored, available to anyone else?, from any other grid?, or grids that database is from?.

all items stored (rezzed) on a grid are copied to the local asset server and saved to the local fsassets, so his grid will have copies of all items stored locally. Backups can then be made by creating oars of the region and by dumping the robust and fsassets databases as well as making copies of the fsassets folder.
