I'm not usually much for clubbing, but Ellie gave me a great tour of her 8x8 sim. It's ridiculously well detailed and it appears she has thought of everything! two or three dance floors, a wrestling arena (nude female wrestling? What's not to love!), shopping, a beach, go-cart track--and all adult-themed. I didn't find the artwork vulgar or off-putting like some sex-centric destinations can be, in fact everything was designed rather tastefully. I think this might be an aspect of it being a woman-designed and owned nightclub. She recommended touring with lighting settings to "midnight" and I agree; it really makes the mood feel appropriate. With so many "competing" clubs, the big challenge will be to attract enough visitors who will appreciate this fun build. Regardless, it's worth a visit just to see it!
