La Punta del Contrabandista (Smuggler's Point) is a small promontory at the entrance to a cove on the coast of a Mediterranean's island disputed throughout the 18th century by several nations. The waters surrounding this island saw frequent encounters between the ships of Navies of these countries, smugglers, privateers and even Barbary pirates. It is the ideal setting for naval battles according to the SPD system. A work in progress!!!
