Hello Trizzy - Sometimes, a region must be closed to hypegrid visitors for maintenance. For instance, in our case, we close the region Novale 4 times a year to perform seasonal changes. Each time, the region is closed for approximately 2 weeks. Unfortunately, when the region is closed to visitors, hypergridders trying to reach the region automatically receive a message that they are banned from the region. This is very unfortunate! If someone knows how to prevent that nasty banning message being sent, please let me know. I am sure that we have lost for ever many visitors that have receive that message.

I realize that Kelso but this was apparently an actual grid ban against us because one of our users was using an unacceptable viewer. This sort of thing I will not tolerate it gives the grid a bad rep and that's unfair to the grid owners and the other grid members who abide by the grid rules. As I said in my message above if a user from our grid is using an unacceptable viewer or displaying unacceptable activity or behavior I want to know about it so I can deal directly with the user. In the case of unacceptable viewers they won't be a grid member on my grid very long they can consider themselves gone.
