When your lawyer sees all of the FACTS the internet has stacked up against you based on YOUR VERIFIABLE TRACK RECORD, he will see he has no case and you will be up "Detritus creek" without a paddle. You might as well put your money where your mouth is and get Hypergridbusiness shut down because they have spread WORSE DIRT on you than anything said here. I CHALLENGE YOU TO DO SOMETHING POSITIVE FOR THE COMMUNITY, DON'T YOU THINK THAT WOULD BE A BETTER WAY TO INVEST YOUR MONEY? Prove you are willing to make amends for the wreckage of your past and turn over a new leaf. Make a positive contribution to Opensim and check your EGO at the door... You might just find you will get the success you are after.

I'm sorry, you have exceeded the number of all caps words you are permitted on OSW. :)

Time can be better spent maintaining all 120 radegast clients which are artificially inflating the online traffic data.

If you think we are inflating our traffic, enter the grid and check yourself, talk until parrot speaks, but have the courage to enter and see the reality no one wants. You are invited and look for me that I take you everywhere where there are avatars so you can talk to them yourself.

There is nothing to ENVY: NONE of AviT*** regions are even in the TOP 50 on Opensimworld! We call that "False Advertising" in your Brochures! Please do something positive for the community before you run out of ALTS to defend you!

The harder you tighten your grip, Alex, the more potential customers you are letting slip through your fingers. You cannot silence free speech and you cannot hide from your tainted past! Maybe now would be a good time to evaluate this and do something POSITIVE for the community. We would love to see you succeed but you are going about it the wrong way. Making threats only hurts your image more.

Reporting factual information on a community message board is an effective way to let community members know about places which have proven that their best interests are in MAKING MONEY not on end users. You will know this by the types of ADS they run and the threatening language they use when their subterfuge is exposed. Be assured, his is NOT an attack, it is an act of LOVE AND KINDNESS to warn others when they are standing at the precipice. Peace!

This news isn't surprising to me. We have a saying from back in the old days: "There is a sucker born every minute." Thanks for taking the time to share this information, maybe someone will save some coin today. CHEERS!

The origins of that phrase: https://medium.com/skeptikai/the-real-story-behind-the-quo... It's a true story. I should know. I was married to Phineas Taylor Barnum at the time. We called him "Skinny Phinny." But by 1885 P.T. had become a rather portly old coot. Had a way for words, that's for sure.

Who Doesn't love FREE LAND? Just make certain you TRUST the people who are making such offers. Grid owners can COPY your items without your permission. They can shut down without any notice and you can lose data. BE CAREFUL!

Knowing what this operator has done in the past, I would be doing a major disservice to the community by being silent. Is it wrong to warn others of potential danger based on a proven track record? If someone is about to fall off of a cliff, is it better to warn them or watch them fall? Is it good to know what you are getting into before signing up for any grid? PEACE!

By the sounds, of some of these comments. These people would just stand there, with their finger up their ars, and watch you fall.

Yeah, maybe it isn't that bad, you'll never know until you've tried it.

...Okay, so it was pretty bad for you, but maybe that's just you. Others should make their own opinion from their own experience.

...Oh, another three dozen people have allegedly suffered from it? Well, that could just be hateful bashing. Who knows if it's actually the truth? Either way, no reason to consider this cliff dangerous and speak out a general warning.

Please read: https://opensimworld.com/page/faq specifically the section under "The region information is incorrect/wrong/false. What do I do?" It clearly states: " If you spot a region that is not hypergrid-accessible or has wrong information, please use the "report" link to let us know." When registering a region it also states: "Please Note: Your region must be hypergrid-enabled to be listed in OpenSimWorld. Regions on closed grids that are not accessible through the hypergrid are not acceptable."

It is not just me, it is a handful of others who feel like they have been SKUNKED by this conman. If we can save a few people some grief, then the above graphic was not made in vain. If there are people who are HAPPY on AviTron, good for them. Religious CULTS operate the same way as this grid. I do not buy into the brainwashing. Thanks for Sharing, SnoopKing.

The only person who gets to keep the content is Alex. When I had my stores in full swing I was invited to go to AviWorld (I also got offers from other places to open shop) and I refused because the land owner can take anything. I learned early in the game that if you develop content, it is best to SELF HOST. Thanks for your contribution, Jupiter.

It is clear that Alex has upset a bunch of people in his OS career, and it is evident with the number of likes this post has obtained. Someone in this community will share the truth about this shady grid. This board is now POISON to their advertising efforts. Newcomers will think twice before joining a grid with a bad reputation.

The land may be free now but what are you gonna do when he shuts down the grid then reopens with a FEE for uploads? Or what happens when he closes off hypergrid? MAybe he will pull another stunt of shutting down the grid without notice and no backups... all of these things can be VERIFIED! This is not virtual living... this is TYRRANY!
Last I checked, there is now a fee for uploads: AT$1. But AT is like one big camping zone. You get AT bucks just for being there, so not sure why the fee, but it should have no impact on residents.

So he can fudge the numbers. People camp in one spot so they can have money to upload stuff that Alex gets to keep. DEPLORABLE!

He does have backups, but only for himself. Several times when he sold (or "sold") AviWorlds, he started a new grid which suddenly had the same main sims that AviWorlds had right before it shut down. But his residents got nothing.

I have proof of licensing on file. I have learned my lesson, premium goods are no longer offered. Grids like yours push away legitimate content creators. CONGRATULATIONS... THE PIRATES WON.... I CONCEDE! The content is out there free for anyone to take and I am powerless to do anything about it. BUT IT COMES AT A COST.... MY VOICE AND I WILL NOT BE SILENT!
