It really speaks to the grid and the community when you have 10-12 people showing up 30 min early just to hang and chat, like it was happy hour LOL. (including me) I am incredibly grateful that I came and invested my time and money here. I constantly tell people - we have an enterprise infrastructure with boutique service and prices. The continued development of infrastructure, applications, and participation efforts is stunning. Ty, Lone!

I have to reply here because I have so many people on this post blocked that it will never show up! :D
Cheryl, I am going to tell you that you have offended many of us at WT. There are so many building projects going on. I have 50 regions, including a 5x5, a 6x6, and a 10x10. Many of them are built out or in progress. I have many I am not building out. They will be left as water, or maybe I will create underwater regions. I haven't decided.
Contessa LaCombe, Indigo Moon, and Savannah Joy have multiple regions with many many lovely projects. Everyone helps each other when requested. Wolf Welcome is a GRID SPONSORED space. Jimmy has been selected to work on it. He is amazing, a true artist, and a workhorse. He is NOT the only one working on things.
WT is also designed to have MANY MANY empty regions. And it is all connected - by WATER. And deliberately so! You can pretty much boat the entire grid! It takes days! And it is purposefully made that way. We do not want our grid to look like Second Life mainland, where you have to pay your neighbor to take down something ugly because that is how they make money. If you have a project in mind that benefits the grid, put together a team and talk to Lone. And you are always welcome to put together a team and build on your own region(s). We promote freedom of choice here.
Finally, what Dorena is doing is COMPLETELY RELEVANT to OS! It is an OS event! If you don't like the content, and it is not illegal (like child pron), MOVE ALONG! For many of us, this is a critical event, as we are in it and face the horrors and uncertainty being thrown at us every day, as well as seeing it harm other countries and knowing what is coming if things don't stop.
If you don't like, suffer in silence. But you DO NOT get to restrictively define the purpose of OS for the rest of us. Nor do you get to define it for OSW. Otherwise, these posts wouldn't be allowed on here. Buh bye

LOL - it's noise to placate their creators. Read the last part of the zoom conversation. They push it back on the creators. Of course, legally they can, since they steal the IP from all their creators (they call it "sharing.") But there sharing / stealing is more concerned with app dev than products. Additionally, as long as grid owners stay out of the fight and clarify in their TOS that individuals are responsible for IP issues, they can't do anything. First step will always be cease and desist. And they can't do anything about grids owned in other countries. But grids who state in their TOS that the grid is indemnified, then try to police - that makes them potentially liable. You can't have it both ways.
I always laugh since creators have given LL the rights to take whatever they create and use it/sell it/dev it without penalty. They just don't read the TOS.
