Generally a grid that blacklists everyone is either a private grid, in which case why would you list it on OSW, or else it is a copybotter grid that loots the inventories of people who try to tp there.

What justifies banning an entire grid from being allowed to visit your grid? Is it because f just one person or a few people that do bad things? OR is this just a double-standard to try and prevent grids bigger than you to get more traffic? It's a two-way street, and when you block one way, there's a strong chance you're going to lose traffic when they block the other way to you also.
