Thornhollow

Thornhollow is one of the most impressive dark role-play regions I’ve come across in OpenSim. The sim is massive, beautifully designed, and filled with immersive details that make it perfect for roleplay. There are pubs, shops, and even homes that feel very well-suited for the theme.

The atmosphere is rich with danger and excitement—demons and otherworldly creatures lurk about, eager to attack—but visitors can safely explore without fear of death by simply wearing the visitor tag. I even encountered a hovering bat and a recurring angel character, which added a lot of life to the environment.

Another highlight is a role-play system available for members of Neverworld who wish to join the group.

Overall, Thornhollow strikes a great balance between being intimidating and welcoming. Whether you’re looking for serious dark RP or just want to wander a stunningly atmospheric sim, it’s worth a visit. I’ll definitely be returning. Fantastic work, Neverworld!

Seems like a really great and fun idea. But also repelling to see that one must be a resident of the place in order to roleplay.
