As I remember when you landed at our Sim and rudely shoved people off the landing point with your "rather unique avatar" I still politely greeted you to which you did not even bother to respond, and when a visitor made a comment in jest asking if you were Shrek, you got mad and started hurling insults calling everyone morons and idiots, this seems to be a common theme in your reviews which are virtually all zero star negative and spiteful reviews and mostly for beaches. It seems that you could not get here fast enough to post negative things, I'm not sure what I have ever done to upset you, you do not even know me and we have never spoken apart from the ignored welcome. I'm not sure why you think posting negative reviews in here is somehow revenge against some individual who upset your poor little feelings. It appears that virtually everywhere you go there is some problem, I just wonder if you have ever considered that the problem might actually be you? As for morons and idiots, maybe you should stop projecting and step away from the mirror. Please feel free to never visit any of our regions ever again. If you're looking for a place to chill and truly be yourself, this is it.
The owner, Net, is a genuinely nice guy with a great sense of humor and a super mellow vibe.
His girlfriend, Oceane, is an absolute sweetheart. She pours her heart into the lands, making them look beautiful and always making sure everyone feels welcome and happy.
And then there's Dream Catcher, a spicy latina DJ with a heart of gold who brings so much warmth to the grid.
These are some of the main people behind this place, and they genuinely care.
They party every single day with awesome DJs, but the real highlight is Net himself. He's a real live DJ, mixing on an actual console, not just playing pre-made playlists.
The energy is incredible. Everything about this grid screams family, and once you visit, you'll feel it too.
Places like this attracts like-minded nice people.

I had a great time enjoying the one of a kind city scape. It pretty much is the best theming of its kind. the uniquely themed beach blends in nicely with the rest of the connected regions. Impressive.

SNB is a great place to go to make friends or hang out with old friends. The DJ's play great music. It seems to run on Vegas time...Always something happening 24/7. Thumbs up!

I really do love this region for its details and the sunny summer flair...
