I have tried, for me the regions are all normal accessible. I see often people coming and going again..I will keep an eye on it,.. i have noticed that some people use different Simulators and are not compatible with the usual Dev. version opensim is using. I have the 0.8.2 Dev. running. make sure you are compatible and should work
