I dont think its a good idea to use same PW / user name for diffrent accounts at internet

I understand, if the problem is on OSG, I would suggest to ask for support at the chat channel of OSG or send a support mail using the adress on the site, (for better results check the chat channel at the evening when Dan Banner is on line)
