Cozy and cute. A nice place to visit. Easy to find shopping and some unique items. Especially like the seating on the dock.

Nothing there apart from 2 empty rentals and a little girl. The occupied parcel is not from the avi that promotes this landmark

Try and hypergrid there now. Apparently my beacon had a glitch and mixing up my sim with my neighbor's sim, I had to reset the script. It should be working now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
