The new Mayan Aristocrat House is available in the "Ancient Builds" department at the mall. While I'm using this same build as a shop building, the original was based on a Mayan Aristocrat's "Mayor's House". It's a simple build that is one large room, and it is full perm so you can add too it if you want a 2nd floor, and you can change the textures. The textures that are on it were made via my Magic Studio AI Art program. If you pick it up, I hope you will like it, as it will add character to any region it is used in. I searched high and low for the elemental guardians and could not find them so I guess they went the way of anything else captured in the machinations of Opensim. So I shopped and shopped and then I shopped again until I finally found just the right statues, took them home, tore them all apart, and created my own elemental guardians. Earth, Water, Air and Fire are ginormous angelic guardians of the elements and I created them for an Fantasy themed region that can be used for RP'rs if they like. This beautiful New Christmas Cactus comes in a Christmas Planter which can be resized to suit your needs. I've always loved the Christmas Cacti and the blooms are just so beautiful and delicate. One of my mother's favorite flowering bushes was the Forsythia with it's bright gold flowers and lime green leaves she often cut a few branches and put them in a vase of water on the dining room table, it was simple but very pretty. So I decided to make a Forsythia bush and make it available to all who would like one, it could make great hedges or privacy walls, it's mesh and resizable and only one prim. PS I upgraded the bush to be totally 3D which is more prims but well worth it for how pretty it looks, it's now 10 prims instead of 1 but the first one looked cheep this one actually looks real.

I'm reposting these two trees, a Wichita Juniper with berries and a Douglas Fir because after fighting with blender all night I managed to get them from 10 prims down to 3, (May be much higher in ubODE regions). The original load, I guess was too much so I had to break it down into parts and re do it about 3 time before it finally loaded like it should but by golly they're here, they're beautiful, they are nice and full, and they are full perm and free, waiting for you so they can help make your region(s) gorgeous. I am adding scripts to the furniture that will allow you to store your items like clothing, shoes, jewelry and just about anything you want for your role play enjoyment, but you don't have to use this furniture for immersive RP you can use it as a secondary storage for your favorite outfits and other things you need quick access to without searching forever in your inventory for them. This beautiful Pillar House was specially built for a dear friend's region to accommodate a people in her RP story. I am also making it available to others in Open Sim who would like it for their own regions. It features 3 levels, the first level being open for comfy outdoor activities like picnic or just lounging, the 2nd level is nice for living and cooking space and the top floor is for sleeping and bathing. It has a wrap around porch and is constructed of granite in various colors, polished brass and beautiful dark wengwood. Constructed to last many years, theoretically, of course. I build this for a friend, a tree hut with a deck and a log bridge in between. It is not yet available at the mall but will be soon enough. It is small though the tree is big and the deck is a good size for dances and such. Access from the ground is via a teleporter. Another sleepless night produced this beautiful pyramid with a reflecting pool and Sphynx (which isn't my build but it worked perfectly). Inside there is a huge room and a kind of a mini palace compete with statues, floor lamp torches, pillars and thrones. It turned out better than I had hoped it would and I hope you will enjoy it and use it for your "ancient" or "Egyptian" build. It comes complete with trees and statues and is the perfect addition or center piece for any ancient or even sci fi fantasy build. You can find it here at the mall in our "Ancient Builds" department. We are at 14 and growing for the "Friends of The Genesis Roleplay Grid" wall. One of my very favorite flowers is the Gladiolus, and I haven't really seen any anywhere in Open Sim so, I got busy and did my best to reproduce my beloved flowers here in virtual so I can share them with everybody else. Some New items at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall, our shopping region. A full Kitchen and Dining set complete with a working oven that has a light, exhaust fan and working broiler drawer and oven rack. The sink has a functioning dishwasher and the washer and dryer can be turned on and off with a simple "fade" command. There are cupboards in different sizes and arrangements and a full set with "glass" doors. These items are boxed and ready to go with rez instructions included. In keeping with the theme of the Mall, I created these Aztec statues for decorations on the concourse of the Mall. And I decided to box them up as well and make them available to you should you need such decorations for your region. The giant serpent is called Quetzalcoatl which means "feathered serpent". I learn a little more about the world we live in by building and creating in virtual. These statues are available in a box at the concourse, they are free and full perm. The Holiday Spirit has gotten hold of me and so I have been touched, though those who know me will tell you I'm touched (in the head) LOL. Anyway I just love working with my programs to produce beautiful things and this Nativity Scene has turned out lovely and will be a stunning addition to any Christmas venue or you can shrink it down to sit on a mantle or under a tree, but it reminds us of the REAL reason for the season. As many of you know, we are giving our Mall a "facelift", and a much needed one at that. Everything has moved and we've added some new stuff so to make things easy we have the teleport system which you can use to get around more easily. Also I built a huge new "Plaza" building which houses the contents of the smaller stores ,so in that one building we have almost all of the furniture, and our guest vendors as well as our builder supplies and whatever else I can fit in there including weapons. A good friend told me about Meshy, so I decided to try it and using a portrait I had made in my AI Art program, I made something that to me is very special. I have always loved King David and reading the Psalms and in recent years, after having discovered my own Jewish heritage, I decided to pay my respects to the good King by making the portrait in my AI program, then I pulled that into Meshy and presto! A beautiful sculptured bust of King David, just in time to celebrate Rosh Hashana. Rosh Hashanah means "the head of the year" or "first of the year" in Hebrew and is the JEWISH NEW YEAR. It is one of Judaism's holiest days and commemorates the creation of the world. It begins September 22, 2025 at sundown; ends at nightfall on September 24, 2025. If you would like your own copy of the bust, you can find it here at the Mall in our Livingroom department. Who doesn't love celebrating a new year?

This beautiful Mayan-style ziggurat is available for you to add to your region if you are into ancient builds, sci-fi, and/or sci-fi fantasy. The stairs are very easy to climb, the Mayan carvings are original art from my AI Art program, and it has 2 floors inside with corner steps and serpent railing. The stone block texture is travertine, a commonly used stone in ancient times, but you can retexture it however you like. It's mesh, so it is modifiable, but that is limited. As part of our overall "facelift" for the mall, I have built a new ziggurat with more of a Mayan feel and used textures I made in my AI art program. The men's and women's shops are up, though they are not completely filled yet; we're working on that. All of the homes have been moved and categorized as "Victorian", "Modern", "Log Buildings", "Farms", and "Service Buildings". Our aim with all of this is to make things easier to find and more accessible for our patrons. We do this because elegance is an attitude and shopping should be an adventure.
