You are ALL Very important to us and this region was built for you to enjoy! I'm a region owner, not a grid owner so am doing my best in the absence of our wonderful grid owners and I do value your input! Advice from this California girl! Be prepared the usual. Small first aid kit, some extra water and canned food...meds... DON"T PANIC! Get in a doorway if you can and away from windows. Ride it out! You'll be fine :) I have lived long enough to experience about 5 good sized quakes here. There are thousands all over the country every day, we don't feel them :) Hugggs to all my shaky East Coast friends and all my other friends too!
