Some New items at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall, our shopping region. A full Kitchen and Dining set complete with a working oven that has a light, exhaust fan and working broiler drawer and oven rack. The sink has a functioning dishwasher and the washer and dryer can be turned on and off with a simple "fade" command. There are cupboards in different sizes and arrangements and a full set with "glass" doors. These items are boxed and ready to go with rez instructions included. The entire region of Masala Al Kohav (which means wish upon a star) is, in fact, Star Jinn Palisade Mall. So once again, there I was, playing around in Meshy AI, and Blender and I finally figured out how to transfer the file with it's texture and get Blender to put it together then upload it with the textures included and POOF, a beautifully rendered, textured bust of my art work in the form of the Bust of King David. This sculpture along with the painting in the background and the Star of David wall or door décor, are available in The Plaza here at the mall. They are full perm and free for you. As many of you know, we are giving our Mall a "facelift", and a much needed one at that. Everything has moved and we've added some new stuff so to make things easy we have the teleport system which you can use to get around more easily. Also I built a huge new "Plaza" building which houses the contents of the smaller stores ,so in that one building we have almost all of the furniture, and our guest vendors as well as our builder supplies and whatever else I can fit in there including weapons. A good friend told me about Meshy, so I decided to try it and using a portrait I had made in my AI Art program, I made something that to me is very special. I have always loved King David and reading the Psalms and in recent years, after having discovered my own Jewish heritage, I decided to pay my respects to the good King by making the portrait in my AI program, then I pulled that into Meshy and presto! A beautiful sculptured bust of King David, just in time to celebrate Rosh Hashana. Rosh Hashanah means "the head of the year" or "first of the year" in Hebrew and is the JEWISH NEW YEAR. It is one of Judaism's holiest days and commemorates the creation of the world. It begins September 22, 2025 at sundown; ends at nightfall on September 24, 2025. If you would like your own copy of the bust, you can find it here at the Mall in our Livingroom department. Who doesn't love celebrating a new year?

This beautiful Mayan-style ziggurat is available for you to add to your region if you are into ancient builds, sci-fi, and/or sci-fi fantasy. The stairs are very easy to climb, the Mayan carvings are original art from my AI Art program, and it has 2 floors inside with corner steps and serpent railing. The stone block texture is travertine, a commonly used stone in ancient times, but you can retexture it however you like. It's mesh, so it is modifiable, but that is limited. As part of our overall "facelift" for the mall, I have built a new ziggurat with more of a Mayan feel and used textures I made in my AI art program. The men's and women's shops are up, though they are not completely filled yet; we're working on that. All of the homes have been moved and categorized as "Victorian", "Modern", "Log Buildings", "Farms", and "Service Buildings". Our aim with all of this is to make things easier to find and more accessible for our patrons. We do this because elegance is an attitude and shopping should be an adventure. It's here, LESHMOR HOUSE!!! One of the structures to be used in the "Deceptions" role play which is a fan fiction spin off from the Witcher after Season 3 on streaming. With the shake up in actors and their stray from the novels, watching season 4 is not in the books for me, but I wanted the story to continue, so I threw in my own changes and twists and plan to have a great RP for those interested in being involved in this fan fiction future for our canon characters and for new characters that the players come up with (within reason). If you just like and want the house, come and get it, it's there for the taking and will make a great western or medieval building. It is copy, modify, transfer but keep in mind it is partial mesh so modifying will not be easy, but it can be done. If you just want to re texture it, it's easy, peasy lemon squeezy. I had this ad up sometime back, and I thought I'd run it again. This is Lavine Mansion which I was encouraged to make after I accidentally got a copybotted version of a friends creation. I wanted a mansion very much and one that was beautiful and had a Victorian flare to it, so I built one and there is nothing more gratifying that building your own. This mansion has a huge living room, dining room, kitchen, great hall, sun porch and patio as well as a total of 10 rooms and a full attic which could be modified to add more rooms. It also has a cute little balcony on the front and is encased in red brick with concrete fancy molding and a cinder block foundation as well as black cast railing and large concrete pillars. You truly have to see it and tour it to appreciate it. Stop by and select the Lavine Mansion on the Teleporter. It is free, fully linked, copyable, modifiable and transferrable. Taking the Wattle fence a step further, I used some morning glories from T-Spot, some trees and bushes from Flora and some flowers I made as well as the fence and the bird house and created a pretty and relaxing summer scene to add to your region if you like. My latest build is based on a picture of a building I saw, it was a very rustic forest home that had been abandoned. I instantly fell in love with the architecture which is very simplistic but beautifully put together, hence I decided to build it in world. This build is partial mesh which is very detailed especially the terracotta tile roof. This build is entirely mine from the very first prim to the last and I very much hope you will like it and use it to enhance your region or build. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

I'm working on a Japanese region and needed some fences, walls and gates so I created them. They turned out very nice especially the stone wall with the terra cotta roof tiles which are 3D and both sets are mesh with linked doors for easy set up. The stone wall has a corner piece to fill in corner gaps and they have a nice realistic look. So if you're planning anything that looks Asian, these may come in quite handy. Just in time for the Holiday Season, my new Rose Dining Set with a beautifully detailed table and chairs which include sits. I've been working on this turn of the century "Store House" which is a Store and a House. Back in the 19th century and early 20th century, and in fact some places still today, are designed so that folks can run their business from the first floor of their home which was generally kept separate from the living quarters of the house. This house is designed with walnut floors, sponge plaster ceilings, acacia wood trim and lattice (semi Tudor) windows. It has three chimneys which service all three floors. There was little to no indoor plumbing back then and the type of heat we have today did not exist so they had either a fireplace or coal or wood stove on each floor to provide adequate heat. Some homes did have hand pumps for water in them but most water was carried in buckets from a well nearby and heated on the coal or wood stoves to use for cooking, cleaning, laundry and bathing. If you happen to be working on a western or midwestern town setting, this build would be perfect for you. A little piece of history always adds a authentic touch to any region. It is full perm, however, it is total mesh so removing parts is not advisable, however you may re texture it, just understand that even back then, when they found wallpaper (most folks only had wood or plaster) they used the same wallpaper in every room, so if you re texture the entire inside of the build will be that texture. The walls are two faced in that you can put one texture on the outside of the building and a different one on the inside and all of the baseboards are a different texture. You may copy it and or transfer it or share it to others. Just have fun with it...Blessings and much love, Lavia

Something I've been working with for a while now was how to make a decent tree trunk and branches and finally, at last, I got one that doesn't look too bad. It's a North American Pignut Hickory, or what we always called a Hognut tree. They're beautiful and provide lots of shade especially when you're on a walk through the woods in the summer and they smell so good in the fall, and the hickory wood burning on a campfire or in a fireplace smells so good! Anyway, it's at the mall in the garden center waiting just for you to beautify your region. Pop in and take a look around and go a little "nuts"...pun intended. ANNOUNCING our newest department at the mall - "Heating & Cooling" and we'll have some cool stuff and hot deals for you!!! These two fireplaces are two of my original builds, but only two. There will be others and yes we'll have a few "imported" fireplaces and other items, but I will do my best to build many more items than are imported. What I have been doing is taking the houses I've built that have "heating" units and unlinking the units from the homes then placing them independently in the Heating & Cooling department. Well, our old TP system died finally with the TP panels going blank and not working for visitors, so I installed another system. I got so excited about the solid color spider mums that I couldn't resist and created tipped spider mums and they turned out quite nice I think. There are 4 different colors, red, lilac, pink and gold and they are full perm and free at the Create a Scene Garden Center here at the mall. They're right in front of the greenhouse. I don't make plants very often because, frankly, I'm not very good at it. However, I adore certain plants and so that becomes a driving force for me to create it in world. Well besides Gladiolus, Spider Mums are one of my favorite flowers, I find them stunningly beautiful. So, I decided to try my hand at making them as I've not seen them in Open Sim anywhere. In this picture you can see them all nice and planted and next to them is the box that has all 9 colors. This fun train was something I had created on the old grid under that avatar name, but I still have it and decided to put it out for folks to enjoy. It's a cute little train that would be adorable in any "park" or "playground" setting and it fits adults and kids a like.
