This store has much potential, but many problems. My honest grade would be 5 stars for store layout and design and 0 stars for misinformation and slow to receive items. I decided to give a 5 star rating, but please read on because there are many issues.

First the positive points:

The Store Layout is as beautiful as the clothing...and fun to explore. Make sure to go down alleyways and go up the stairs because there is much more to see than what you see when you land.

I absolutely love the fashions found here. From gorgeous gowns to stylish everyday clothing; this is a classy store!

I reached out to the Store owner on OSW and was met with a kind response when I inquired earlier about the store being unable to get to.

Now for the negative

Most of the womens products are on a poster that lists 4 brands. I assumed versions of the clothing for those 4 brands would be included since that is what poster shows. This is totally incorrect! You have to right click / edit and look at contents to see what is in the box. Every single vendor is different, and this is frustrating shopping. As an example, I was helping my friend shop for Lara x. Almost every vender poster said Lara x, but less than 10% actually contained Lara x. The posters are sooo misleading!

It seems like products are either incredibly delayed or not delivered at all. I received noted telling me I was getting a folder with the outfit, but it never arrived while shopping and I have been on my home grid for 30 minutes and still received nothing. I finally received some of the products after I relogged. Perhaps this is an issue with just my grid and New life Italy grid, but I have never had so much trouble getting items; and I shop all over Opensim.

I politely disagree with another post about the management's communication. From leaving the osw beacon on for 22 days while store was shut down; to purposefully listing incorrect brands on the vendor posters, there are major communication issues.

I look forward to the day this store corrects some of the issues it is having because it truly offers beautiful products.

I've heard great things about this mall, but when i tried to visit a few minutes ago, I can't get in. "no access to the parcel"
