What you see is what you get. I'm not looking for romance or relaionships, though friends are nice family is better. Flattery will get you nowhere because I know BS when I hear it. If you're looking for a lover don't look at me, I'm not interested.

This beautiful New Christmas Cactus comes in a Christmas Planter which can be resized to suit your needs. I've always loved the Christmas Cacti and the blooms are just so beautiful and delicate. I hope you will enjoy this pretty plant and let it grace your home, office, club...or whatever. You can find it in our Garden Center and it is full perm and free. Christmas Blessings and much love, Lavia

Lise: Hey, that's an original idea, nice. 5 days ago

May you all have a blessed and merry Christmas and a healthy, happy, safe and prosperous New Year! From all of us on the Genesis Roleplay Grid.

Another flower that I love that I've not seen in Opensim is the Fuchsia, they're so pretty. Well I took a shot at making them and the original basket was over 900 prims but I fought with Blender and got it down to 39, which is still primmy but not so bad when you see the detail involved, and they make a great decoration for a porch or balcony or even in a window. I put them in a hanging basket and you can find them at the greenhouse in or garden center here at the mall. They are C/M/T and free, stop by and get your basket. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Marpil Grafenwalder: thank you very much!!! it is truly beautiful and the details are very well done ♥ 23 days ago
After building the glass house, it gave me an idea, a log home. This log home is partial mesh and partial prim the mesh is modifiable only in that you can re texture it. It has large glass windows to provide a beautiful view, a built in fireplace, cedar and tile floors, spiral steps, carved wood doors and stain glass windows and beautifully carved wood baluster for the kitchen area and a acacia wood and stained glass baluster for the loft. It's a home I could live in for sure. It's full perm and free here at the mall and you will find it next to the "Ancient Builds" which is listed on the Kiosk Teleporter. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

RemmyRavenhurst: You are a building machine!! 28 days ago
One of my mother's favorite flowering bushes was the Forsythia with it's bright gold flowers and lime green leaves she often cut a few branches and put them in a vase of water on the dining room table, it was simple but very pretty. So I decided to make a Forsythia bush and make it available to all who would like one, it could make great hedges or privacy walls, it's mesh and resizable and only one prim. You can find it in our ''Garden Center" here at the mall. Blessings and much love, Lavia
PS I upgraded the bush to be totally 3D which is more prims but well worth it for how pretty it looks, it's now 10 prims instead of 1 but the first one looked cheep this one actually looks real.

Faith Fromund: Beautiful memory and thank you for sharing with the rest of us both the memory of your wonderful mother and the Forsythia Bush. I'll be by later today to pick one up. Thank you! 1 month ago
Howdy folks!!! One of our new grid members wanted a house that was very open, so with that thought in mind I created this house for her, however I'm making it available to anyone who would like it. This house features a built in fireplace, split levels, spiral stairs, decks, recessed ceiling lights (touch light), sliding doors and a carport. The build is pretty much all prim so it will be easy to modify and the mesh parts can be resized and re textured to your liking. It is full perm and free here at our mall, stop by and check it out. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

MidnightRain Glas: Hello I'm sorry I also was there and still there been here for over an hour and all I see is homes that I've seen many times you have beautiful flowers and everything but I can't seem to find your sho... 1 month ago
Well, I couldn't really make a Douglas Fir and NOT decorate one for an old fashioned Christmas, Decorated with gold tinsel and red, white & green plaid bows, old fashioned decorated ornaments and multi colored lights with a big star at the top takes me back to my childhood days. It's free, it's full perm, it's yours to get at our Holidays & Seasons department. Drop in, no through the chimney, and get yours and may it bring you a bright, blessed and Merry Christmas, blessings and much love, Lavia.

Passion Jumanji: I rezz'd it out near my farming stores along with the other two. I'm going to put this at the Wolf Pack Club for Christmas. Thanks SO MUCH, Lavia! :D HUGGIEZ! :D This tree sure has added some Christma... 1 month ago
I'm reposting these two trees, a Wichita Juniper with berries and a Douglas Fir because after fighting with blender all night I managed to get them from 10 prims down to 3, (May be much higher in ubODE regions). The original load, I guess was too much so I had to break it down into parts and re do it about 3 time before it finally loaded like it should but by golly they're here, they're beautiful, they are nice and full, and they are full perm and free, waiting for you so they can help make your region(s) gorgeous. You'll find them in the Garden Center of our Mall. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

FallenAngel Absent: both looks really nice. Thank you :-) 1 month ago
My latest build is based on a picture of a building I saw, it was a very rustic forest home that had been abandoned. I instantly fell in love with the architecture which is very simplistic but beautifully put together, hence I decided to build it in world. This build is partial mesh which is very detailed especially the terracotta tile roof. This build is entirely mine from the very first prim to the last and I very much hope you will like it and use it to enhance your region or build. Blessings and much love, Lavia.
I'm working on a Japanese region and needed some fences, walls and gates so I created them. They turned out very nice especially the stone wall with the terra cotta roof tiles which are 3D and both sets are mesh with linked doors for easy set up. The stone wall has a corner piece to fill in corner gaps and they have a nice realistic look. So if you're planning anything that looks Asian, these may come in quite handy. They're free and full perm at the Garden Center here at the mall. Blessings and much love, Lavia.
Just in time for the Holiday Season, my new Rose Dining Set with a beautifully detailed table and chairs which include sits. It is all mesh and full perm, chair with sits is 2 prims and the table is 5 prims. Give your dining room a very elegant touch for the holidays with this beautiful dining set made just for you by me. It's in the Kitchen & Dining section of our furniture department. Blessings and much love, Lavia.
My most recent build for our Japanese themed region. The Watatsumi Pagoda Temple. It isn't completely finished as I need to add doors and furnishings but otherwise it is complete. If you love Japanese culture and history you may well enjoy this region and the things we've built like the emperor's palace and courtyard garden, the samurai house and some Japanese houses that are beautiful and simplistic in harmony with the land. There are shrines where one can relax and meditate and paths that lead to interesting things. Drop in and enjoy a self guided tour on horseback if you like. Blessings and much love, Lavia.
The beautiful souls in Florida are in our thoughts and prayers as this monster named Milton hits land. May God protect and shield you and deliver you from the ravages of yet another storm...our hearts go out to you.
My apologies to all, but this coming Saturday's dance on the 12th is canceled as I will be attending an even IRL at my son's house and spending time with my grand babies! It's their big Halloween Bash complete with haunted forest tour and they put so much work into it that I just can't turn it down and besides who would turn down time with your grandbabies? We'll see you all on the 26th for our own SPOOKTACULAR Halloween Celebration, compete with costumes!! Blessings and much love, Lavia
Sometimes when you start to build you think, I don't think I can ever do this. But as you build, it begins to come alive and you're inspired and encouraged and it becomes a work of love. I have a love for ancient cultures and their architecture and customs and Japan is one of my favorites. A culture rich in traditions, customs, values and beliefs that are the heartbeat of the nation still today. This is Morisato Palace, Morisato means "flowing with or full of wisdom". It will be the central build of a new Japanese region I'm working on. When it's ready I'll put out a beacon and open the gates. For an idea of the size of this palace, that's me in the front of it in the pink top, the little white haired spot LOL. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

Nojan: great work! 3 months ago
Due to the Hurricane emergency I am cancelling Saturday's dance at Masala Al Kohav! Again there will be NO DANCE tomorrow, Saturday the 28th. Please be safe, seek shelter and let us know you're alright. God bless and Keep!

It's finally completed, the Lavine Mansion!! Inspired by a wonderful friend and amazing builder/creator/designer Koshari Mahana, I decided to create my own mansion borrowing a few ideas from one of her builds. This mansion has all the charm of the Victorian Era, with downright "royal" beauty. It has a huge kitchen area, dining area, study or Livingroom and a sunroom or garden room washroom/bathroom on the first floor, the 2nd floor boasts 5 bedrooms and a large bathroom, the 3rd floor has 4 guest rooms or dorms for visitors and the 4th floor is all attic space. You really have to see this beauty to appreciate the time, effort and detail put into it. It's only drawback is it has a land impact of 812, but it's worth every bit of it. There is one small porch on the front for the 2nd floor and two much larger porches on the back of the house for the 1st floor and 2nd floor. Stop by and check it out, it is on the 1st level of the mall grounds just below the fantasy floating homes. It's full perm and free for any who would like it. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

I've been working on this turn of the century "Store House" which is a Store and a House. Back in the 19th century and early 20th century, and in fact some places still today, are designed so that folks can run their business from the first floor of their home which was generally kept separate from the living quarters of the house. This house is designed with walnut floors, sponge plaster ceilings, acacia wood trim and lattice (semi Tudor) windows. It has three chimneys which service all three floors. There was little to no indoor plumbing back then and the type of heat we have today did not exist so they had either a fireplace or coal or wood stove on each floor to provide adequate heat. Some homes did have hand pumps for water in them but most water was carried in buckets from a well nearby and heated on the coal or wood stoves to use for cooking, cleaning, laundry and bathing. If you happen to be working on a western or midwestern town setting, this build would be perfect for you. A little piece of history always adds a authentic touch to any region. It is full perm, however, it is total mesh so removing parts is not advisable, however you may re texture it, just understand that even back then, when they found wallpaper (most folks only had wood or plaster) they used the same wallpaper in every room, so if you re texture the entire inside of the build will be that texture. The walls are two faced in that you can put one texture on the outside of the building and a different one on the inside and all of the baseboards are a different texture. You may copy it and or transfer it or share it to others. Just have fun with it...Blessings and much love, Lavia
Something I've been working with for a while now was how to make a decent tree trunk and branches and finally, at last, I got one that doesn't look too bad. It's a North American Pignut Hickory, or what we always called a Hognut tree. They're beautiful and provide lots of shade especially when you're on a walk through the woods in the summer and they smell so good in the fall, and the hickory wood burning on a campfire or in a fireplace smells so good! Anyway, it's at the mall in the garden center waiting just for you to beautify your region. Pop in and take a look around and go a little "nuts"...pun intended. The tree is fully mesh and just 1 prim and it's full perm and free. Blessings and much love, Lavia
Today has been a busy day at the mall as not only have we opened our new Magic Shop, but I got a little creative and made these Owl Lamps. I had gotten a lamp that was labeled "Owl Lamp" it turned out to be a Peregrine Falcon lamp, so I corrected the name on that one and made two, what I think are, really cute owl lamps with my favorite bird perched atop a tree and the moon providing the light. There are two versions, one with the owl facing front, and the other from the side and there are duplicate table versions as well. I have all four of them boxed up and waiting for you in the Living rooms Department in our Furniture section of the mall. Hop on over to the mall and use the teleporter to select "furniture" and have fun shopping! Blessings and much love, Lavia

Carmen Jewel: Being a night owl myself , I collect owls haha , these two will look great in my collection! Thank you Lavia :)) 4 months ago
Brand Spank'n New Shop here at Masala Al Kohav with lots of fun "magical" stuff and more will be added as I get them. Stop by and check it out and while you're here check out the many other shops in our mall region. We have a nice wide variety of items, who knows you may just find what you've been looking for. Blessings and much love, Lavia.
One of my latest creations with a little help from around Opensim, however the gladiolus and spider mums are my creations as is the arched flower bed. I used this at the Genesis Estates Realty office region and it looks great there so I decided to spruce it up a bit more and offer it to you in our Create A Scene Garden Center. It's free and full perm...Blessings and much love, Lavia
Aretuza on the planet Amasango is designed to be fandom RP for fans of "The Witcher" and beyond. Set in an alternate dimension or universe it follows the adventures of Garalt, Yennifer, Tissaia and others as they adjust to their new surroundings after they "die" in their original universe. This has the potential to be some really great and fun RP for serious role players who don't need a lot of "props" and are good at descriptions and textual RP as well as visual RP. Just contact me if you're interested.

Endora: This place is absolutely stunning in it's lay out and all of the hidden features and the mystique of it all! Gorgeous work. 4 months ago

ANNOUNCING our newest department at the mall - "Heating & Cooling" and we'll have some cool stuff and hot deals for you!!! These two fireplaces are two of my original builds, but only two. There will be others and yes we'll have a few "imported" fireplaces and other items, but I will do my best to build many more items than are imported. What I have been doing is taking the houses I've built that have "heating" units and unlinking the units from the homes then placing them independently in the Heating & Cooling department. Stop in and have a look around though this department is only just beginning so it only has a few items in it..but more is coming, I promise! Blessings and much love, Lavia
Hey everyone! Just a little information update on the GRPG Welcome Center - This location has been specifically developed for folks who are brand new to Open Sim and the Virtual Life and do not have a clue about how to get around and do things in the virtual world that we love, called Open Sim. We have tutorials on how to move and use your camera even information on how to slow down your flying so you don't smash your head on ceilings and trees. We have three large tutorial buildings and the first is how to move and view, the other two are made available after the new comers finish the first tutorial on how to move and view. Those two tutorial buildings are how to build your avatar one building for the ladies and one building for the gentlemen. There will be forth coming tutorials on how to drive a vehicle, ride a raptor (just for fun thank you Ares Halostar) and how to ride a horse. I will be creating and adding "How To" video tutorials on various subjects including how to update your region page on the OSW Directory, how to do your settings in Firestorm (sorry not doing one for Singularity because I don't have it) and all of the videos will be available at the touch of a button in our GRPG Information Center in the GRPG Welcome Center. You will also find a large Teleport Board there that will take you to those regions that we have open for public visitation. I hope to see you there an I hope these videos and tutorials will be helpful to everyone. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Luna Lunaria: Maybe something on how to hypergrid also. Just had a conversation yesterday with someone who had been on an opensim grid for a year and had no idea there were other grids and that they were connected. 4 months ago
This is my latest build and I think one of my personal favorites, a one room luxury cabin with a raised floor for the Kitchen Area, high rise ceilings with large open front, back and side windows to let in all that beautiful sunlight and to just enjoy nature while snuggling next to the built in fireplace. It has carved wooden doors and decorative shutters and simple 4 pane windows and log door frames. This cabin would be gorgeous in any forested or mountainous setting. It is partial mesh but it can be retextured and it is copy, mod, transfer; it has a land impact of 34 including the doors and built in fireplace that has a warm crackling fire going. It's here at Masala Al Kohav Mall and it's waiting just for you to help you beautify your region. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

RemmyRavenhurst: That is a really lovely looking Cabin. 4 months ago
I had this townhouse out at the mall and did not realize I had forgotten to put a sales box with it. Today I made that discovery and well, color me embarrassed. If anybody tried to get this beautiful townhouse and could not, you will now be able to get it free and full perm and I hope you will enjoy it and that it will enhance your region with another original build by me. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Marianna : The windows are very pretty :) 4 months ago
I am adding scripts to the furniture that will allow you to store your items like clothing, shoes, jewelry and just about anything you want for your role play enjoyment, but you don't have to use this furniture for immersive RP you can use it as a secondary storage for your favorite outfits and other things you need quick access to without searching forever in your inventory for them. You can find the set in the "Bedrooms" department of the Furniture section. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Ankhsenaton: Thank you Lavia, it is always nice to try a new way to organize this...... inventory (I was about to write another thing ... ;-) 5 months ago
This beautiful Pillar House was specially built for a dear friend's region to accommodate a people in her RP story. I am also making it available to others in Open Sim who would like it for their own regions. It features 3 levels, the first level being open for comfy outdoor activities like picnic or just lounging, the 2nd level is nice for living and cooking space and the top floor is for sleeping and bathing. It has a wrap around porch and is constructed of granite in various colors, polished brass and beautiful dark wengwood. Constructed to last many years, theoretically, of course. It can be found in the "Ancient Builds" department at the mall. It is full perm and free and waiting just for you! Blessings and much love, Lavia.
Stop by The Artist's Brush Art Shop and get your art supplies, there are easels, tripods, canvases, brushes, oil paints in sets or individual, Artist's Pallets, colored pencils and there are plenty of art pieces for you to enjoy and purchase for $0, full perm too, all original creations of yours truly. And if you have artwork you'd like to showcase, we can fix you up at the Showcase Plateau with your own little gallery and up to 1500 prims. Stop in and visit and we'll talk. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

IndigoQueen King: Such a beautiful art space Lavia. Picked up a few pieces :)) And the art supplies are indeed awesome!! Excellent !!! Love it 5 months ago

This beautiful treehouse / hut village is ready and available for all with the approval of the friend that I built it for. There are five huts with decks and ground to deck teleport access. It is full perm and free and waiting for anyone who would like a nice treehouse village in their region. All of the Tree Houses are connected with suspended log bridges for a nice "woodsy" experience. Don't want a whole village but like the idea of a tree house with a deck? Well I have one of those available as well with the same features as the village. Stop in at the mall and check it out you will find it in the "Fantasy Builds" section. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Passion Jumanji: Ya know I came over to check out these tree houses but then I saw the farming builds, so I flew over and checked them out. OMG! That BARN is just what I've been looking for! It's AWESOME with the stai... 5 months ago
Well, our old TP system died finally with the TP panels going blank and not working for visitors, so I installed another system. The menu is in alphabetical order and all you do is click, select your location and click again. This should resolve the teleport issue, and thank you to those who made me aware of the issue. Blessings and much love, Lavia
I build this for a friend, a tree hut with a deck and a log bridge in between. It is not yet available at the mall but will be soon enough. It is small though the tree is big and the deck is a good size for dances and such. Access from the ground is via a teleporter. Once my friend gets their copy first, I will make it available to all at the mall. Blessings and much love, Lavia

RemmyRavenhurst: And its perfect thank you thank you!! 5 months ago
I just finished this build and while it was intended to be a sort of a temple it ended up being something that can be used for anything. It could be an archive, a library, a temple, a synagogue, a church, a shop, a warehouse, the possibilities are endless. It's just across the river from Ezra's Antiques and Collectibles, it's free and full perm and waiting for you. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

RemmyRavenhurst: Rushes to get it! 5 months ago
Because a few people have requested copies of this Toltec Style Mall Shop that I built which is only 4 prims and all mesh, I have made it "buyable" for $0 or "copyable", either or. So if you like this shop structure you can get a copy of it. And while you're at the mall be sure to check out the many other builds that I've made from ancient to Medieval to Victorian to modern as well as other styles of shop buildings. If you like it and it's not buyable or copyable, just let me know and I'll see you get a copy. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

RemmyRavenhurst: I loved this when i saw it and Lavia was kind enough to give me a copy yay! 5 months ago

I got so excited about the solid color spider mums that I couldn't resist and created tipped spider mums and they turned out quite nice I think. There are 4 different colors, red, lilac, pink and gold and they are full perm and free at the Create a Scene Garden Center here at the mall. They're right in front of the greenhouse. Stop in and get yours because they will beautify any landscape and grab a box of gladiolus while you're there then shop around but bring a really big shopping bag! Blessings and much love, Lavia
