MASALA AL KOHAV MALL:
Masala Al Kahov means "Wish upon a star". And here with us you may just find what you've wished for. Home to such builders as Thorvaldr Ragnarsson (Thor's Forge), Ezra Millberry (Ezra's Place), Designs by Eva Marie, and yours truly, Lavia Lavine. Also here you will find guest vendors like Ares Halostar (Ares Gizmos), Indigo Queen (Indigo's Market & Boutique), and the wonderful Tainted Angel (Creations by Tainted Angel). We've got everything from art to zebras and all of the stuff in between on this huge 8x8 shopping region. Ninety percent of the stuff in this mall is made on this grid, the other 10 percent is brought in from around Open Sim, or by guest vendors. I'm probably driving people crazy posting these new mesh builds of mine but honestly they're just turning out too cute not to share. This one I call "Frolicking in The Flowers" and she's such a dear deer, I just had to create a cute little scene even added a couple of my new mesh butterflies (They're static) but I think it looks so sweet and it's full perm and free!! It took a little figuring out to get this little cutie uploaded from blender but I figured it out after getting an error message about the physics. I just had to change the physics and it MOOved right in and she's Udderly Adorable. I added some flowers and a fencepost and created a cute little scene for in a yard or close to a barn or just anywhere you'd like to put her, she won't created a "beef" about it. Something cute and Nostalgic, "Here's Looking At You Kid", tiger cub private eye after the fashion of Casablanca, the Humphry Bogart movie. I made a tiny scene that can be used as a toy or a neat little decoration with your own little private eye looking over you. But be warned, He's a Tiger!! Blessings and Much Love, Lavia.
Oh my goodness!! this turned out so cute!! This is a mesh I call "Flower Power", a tiny baby skunk wearing glasses sitting in a bunch of flowers that I used to create the scene. So once again, there I was, playing around in Meshy AI, and Blender and I finally figured out how to transfer the file with it's texture and get Blender to put it together then upload it with the textures included and POOF, a beautifully rendered, textured bust of my art work in the form of the Bust of King David. This sculpture along with the painting in the background and the Star of David wall or door décor, are available in The Plaza here at the mall. They are full perm and free for you. I guess I'm going a little crazy with Meshy AI and Blender, but I just can't seem to help myself. As part of the book I'm writing, one of the species included are Angelic like flying Lions that I call Lamassu. So I put the information in Meshy and it gave me a really cool winged lion which I was able to convert to a collada file in Blender and upload as a mesh build and it included the textures. So I was mess'n around in Meshy and made this cute little mesh Star of David for the Rosh Hashana 5786 (2025 into 2026) New Year which is on September 22 this year. This little gem is so pretty and decorative it can be left on your door or wall all year until the next Rosh Hashana. You can find it in The Plaza here at the mall. It's free and full perm. As many of you know, we are giving our Mall a "facelift", and a much needed one at that. Everything has moved and we've added some new stuff so to make things easy we have the teleport system which you can use to get around more easily. Also I built a huge new "Plaza" building which houses the contents of the smaller stores ,so in that one building we have almost all of the furniture, and our guest vendors as well as our builder supplies and whatever else I can fit in there including weapons. It shouldn't be more than a few more days before the renovations are completed but you can come and shop now. Blessings and much love, Lavia
A good friend told me about Meshy, so I decided to try it and using a portrait I had made in my AI Art program, I made something that to me is very special. I have always loved King David and reading the Psalms and in recent years, after having discovered my own Jewish heritage, I decided to pay my respects to the good King by making the portrait in my AI program, then I pulled that into Meshy and presto! A beautiful sculptured bust of King David, just in time to celebrate Rosh Hashana. Rosh Hashanah means "the head of the year" or "first of the year" in Hebrew and is the JEWISH NEW YEAR. It is one of Judaism's holiest days and commemorates the creation of the world. It begins September 22, 2025 at sundown; ends at nightfall on September 24, 2025. If you would like your own copy of the bust, you can find it here at the Mall in our Livingroom department. Who doesn't love celebrating a new year?

The new Mayan Aristocrat House is available in the "Ancient Builds" department at the mall. While I'm using this same build as a shop building, the original was based on a Mayan Aristocrat's "Mayor's House". It's a simple build that is one large room, and it is full perm so you can add too it if you want a 2nd floor, and you can change the textures. The textures that are on it were made via my Magic Studio AI Art program. If you pick it up, I hope you will like it, as it will add character to any region it is used in. This beautiful Mayan-style ziggurat is available for you to add to your region if you are into ancient builds, sci-fi, and/or sci-fi fantasy. The stairs are very easy to climb, the Mayan carvings are original art from my AI Art program, and it has 2 floors inside with corner steps and serpent railing. The stone block texture is travertine, a commonly used stone in ancient times, but you can retexture it however you like. It's mesh, so it is modifiable, but that is limited. As part of our overall "facelift" for the mall, I have built a new ziggurat with more of a Mayan feel and used textures I made in my AI art program. The men's and women's shops are up, though they are not completely filled yet; we're working on that. All of the homes have been moved and categorized as "Victorian", "Modern", "Log Buildings", "Farms", and "Service Buildings". Our aim with all of this is to make things easier to find and more accessible for our patrons. We do this because elegance is an attitude and shopping should be an adventure. It's here, LESHMOR HOUSE!!! One of the structures to be used in the "Deceptions" role play which is a fan fiction spin off from the Witcher after Season 3 on streaming. With the shake up in actors and their stray from the novels, watching season 4 is not in the books for me, but I wanted the story to continue, so I threw in my own changes and twists and plan to have a great RP for those interested in being involved in this fan fiction future for our canon characters and for new characters that the players come up with (within reason). If you just like and want the house, come and get it, it's there for the taking and will make a great western or medieval building. It is copy, modify, transfer but keep in mind it is partial mesh so modifying will not be easy, but it can be done. If you just want to re texture it, it's easy, peasy lemon squeezy. I searched high and low for the elemental guardians and could not find them so I guess they went the way of anything else captured in the machinations of Opensim. So I shopped and shopped and then I shopped again until I finally found just the right statues, took them home, tore them all apart, and created my own elemental guardians. Earth, Water, Air and Fire are ginormous angelic guardians of the elements and I created them for an Fantasy themed region that can be used for RP'rs if they like. I had this ad up sometime back, and I thought I'd run it again. This is Lavine Mansion which I was encouraged to make after I accidentally got a copybotted version of a friends creation. I wanted a mansion very much and one that was beautiful and had a Victorian flare to it, so I built one and there is nothing more gratifying that building your own. This mansion has a huge living room, dining room, kitchen, great hall, sun porch and patio as well as a total of 10 rooms and a full attic which could be modified to add more rooms. It also has a cute little balcony on the front and is encased in red brick with concrete fancy molding and a cinder block foundation as well as black cast railing and large concrete pillars. You truly have to see it and tour it to appreciate it. Stop by and select the Lavine Mansion on the Teleporter. It is free, fully linked, copyable, modifiable and transferrable. This is a picture of the replica of the home I grew up in here in Pennsylvania. We had a huge farm house to live in and lots of freedom to roam wherever we liked. One of my grid members said she loves wattle fences, but could not find any that didn't "flicker" so I built one and I'm making it available to everyone. It is mesh so it is resizable, it can be re textured, and it is copyable so it is CMT. You can find it here at the mall in our Garden Department.

I decided to build a birdhouse that is just a bit different, I hope you'll like it. It is all mesh, (Bird not included) CMT and free. It's in the garden department here at the mall.

Taking the Wattle fence a step further, I used some morning glories from T-Spot, some trees and bushes from Flora and some flowers I made as well as the fence and the bird house and created a pretty and relaxing summer scene to add to your region if you like. It is CMT, mesh and free. You can find it in the Garden department here at the mall.

This beautiful New Christmas Cactus comes in a Christmas Planter which can be resized to suit your needs. I've always loved the Christmas Cacti and the blooms are just so beautiful and delicate. Another flower that I love that I've not seen in Opensim is the Fuchsia, they're so pretty. Well I took a shot at making them and the original basket was over 900 prims but I fought with Blender and got it down to 39, which is still primmy but not so bad when you see the detail involved, and they make a great decoration for a porch or balcony or even in a window. I put them in a hanging basket and you can find them at the greenhouse in or garden center here at the mall. They are C/M/T and free, stop by and get your basket. Blessings and much love, Lavia

After building the glass house, it gave me an idea, a log home. This log home is partial mesh and partial prim the mesh is modifiable only in that you can re texture it. It has large glass windows to provide a beautiful view, a built in fireplace, cedar and tile floors, spiral steps, carved wood doors and stain glass windows and beautifully carved wood baluster for the kitchen area and a acacia wood and stained glass baluster for the loft. It's a home I could live in for sure. It's full perm and free here at the mall and you will find it next to the "Ancient Builds" which is listed on the Kiosk Teleporter. One of my mother's favorite flowering bushes was the Forsythia with it's bright gold flowers and lime green leaves she often cut a few branches and put them in a vase of water on the dining room table, it was simple but very pretty. So I decided to make a Forsythia bush and make it available to all who would like one, it could make great hedges or privacy walls, it's mesh and resizable and only one prim. Howdy folks!!! One of our new grid members wanted a house that was very open, so with that thought in mind I created this house for her, however I'm making it available to anyone who would like it. This house features a built in fireplace, split levels, spiral stairs, decks, recessed ceiling lights (touch light), sliding doors and a carport. The build is pretty much all prim so it will be easy to modify and the mesh parts can be resized and re textured to your liking. It is full perm and free here at our mall, stop by and check it out.
