I'm a strong independent woman. Some would say I'm a bitch but I really don't give a crap what they think they are irrelevant in my life. I have no time for BS so save it, I don't need your platitudes, don't want your flattery, and for God's sake don't try to save me from my low self esteem because it just doesn't exist. Oh, and one more thing, don't mistake my benevolence for weakness or stupidity - I can pick a "player" out in less than 5 seconds of conversation.

We had an awesome visit from the HG Safari group on Wednesday, September 20th and it went beautifully. Though we didn't get to share everything in the region, that leaves room to return and see the rest of this beautiful and amazing region. The animals had a blast, or so they said, seeing all of those humans in their natural surroundings and a few even looked pretty tasty to them. We all hope to see you again in return visits to see and learn more about conserving and preserving our beautiful world full of incredibly amazing wildlife. Okay finally we're back up and working for however long it lasts LOL. The lay out is different but I honestly think it is aesthetically comforting. I haven't restored the media yet, but that's coming soon and I want to add a few more things yet but overall it's ready for those who would like to visit, relax, reflect and remember the love shared with our loved ones. My own little shop in the Star Jinn Palisade Mall features a full kitchen set with working dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, sink with water off and on. The fridge gives glasses of cold water though I may need to upgrade the script so it animates the avatar to drink the water.... :D. You'll find complete living room suits, lamps and even a complete set of dishes for on the dinner table. The Dinette set chairs have sits though no animation to eat, I'm sure eventually I'll get around to that. On the brighter side!! Wicker Globe Ceiling Lights for anywhere in your house. They are totally copiable, modifiable and transferable for the next owner. Just touch the attached light switch and you have high, medium and low light settings, the 4th touch turns them off. The light switch can be manipulated in "edit select" to be on any wall you like it. Once you have it the way you want it simply touch and enjoy the warmth of the light. Blessings and much love, Lavia
Inspired by the very moving Viet Nam wall in Washington DC, this is my latest creation at Haven of Memories. This wall is dedicated to those who we loved but do not have pictures or a lot of information about, like date of birth or passing, perhaps all you had was a username or role playing name and what year they passed, just send me a message and I will add their information to the wall. Some New items at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall, our shopping region. A full Kitchen and Dining set complete with a working oven that has a light, exhaust fan and working broiler drawer and oven rack. The sink has a functioning dishwasher and the washer and dryer can be turned on and off with a simple "fade" command. There are cupboards in different sizes and arrangements and a full set with "glass" doors. These items are boxed and ready to go with rez instructions included. The entire region of Masala Al Kohav (which means wish upon a star) is, in fact, Star Jinn Palisade Mall. As we grow and add you will find everything from homes to furniture to clothing and avatars as well as gardening items. The Lioness Den is a Savanna Safari that I originally created about a year and a half ago on another grid, and because that grid went private, I moved it to another then was invited to genesis roleplay grid. Here you will find that the Savanna has grown and gotten more beautiful and interesting with lots of animals to enjoy and some you can even pet. The settings are nice "watering holes" in the Savanna with beautiful animals and plants, waterfall and mystery places with tiny creatures, one just has to find them. Also be careful walking through the tall grass one never knows what lurks in there. :D

To all the role players out there, we are opening many of our public regions to role players to use as "sets" to film their role play. Finally completed, though there may be upgraded versions in the future. The Chateau de Marqueur Royal Manor, a creation of my imagination is massive and as over 1500Li, but in open sim I'm told that's a drop in the bucket. Anyway, it has two large royal living chambers that you can decorate as you like, 12 guest or employee rooms each with their own fireplace, and there is ample space for kitchen, dining, library, and a social/ballroom. It has two massive dual sided marble fireplaces that are a little fancy, beautifully carpeted stairs and unique banisters. It also has a huge inground pool shrouded from prying eyes by lightweight curtains. I think you'll find this build enjoyable and fun and it's waiting for you in the Star Jinn Palisade Mall on the Masala Al Kohav region. It's free, and it's full perm. Another BRAND NEW original build in our Mall region - Lavine's Mountainview Victorian Manor. It's beautiful and it's yours for the taking CMT and free. This house boasts 3 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and Kitchen, Dining/living room combination and a small den/study downstairs; two gorgeous spiral stair wells with stain glass window walls and a built in fireplace that has two "wood storing" cabinets and spindle with stained glass shelves as well as Marble mantle and a black cast spark screen. Our newest creation on the grid, the Pineview Townhouse. It has a garage, kitchen, living room on the first floor and Den/Study, bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor and a deck on the 2nd floor as well, bay door and window entrance with the same on the 2nd floor. The windows are 3/D not flat texture and there is a lot of nice detail and all only 147 Li. It is full perm copy, modify, transfer though the mesh may make modifying, other than texture, a bit difficult. It is free and waiting to grace your region as a beautiful manor or townhouse. Our latest arrival at the Wildlife Preserve are some wild Namib Horses. These horses are believed to be the offspring of German Cavalry, and were possibly abandoned after world war one. They are hearty and athletic and generally fare well until drought season.. I invite you to visit the Game Preserve and travel the entire region to see many of the animals in their natural habitats. There is more to the preserve than the restaurant and museum at the arrival point. If you love to just take a walk in a peaceful region and see the animals, then you will enjoy this. Building For Beginners - Classes for our Grid members and those who join the building group, are every Sunday (except holidays) at 3:30pm Pacific (grid) time. These classes are offered in the hopes of encouraging people to create their own content for their regions. There is so much creativity in Open Sim, so let's bring it to the surface. See ya there!

Check out our grid, the Genesis Role Play Grid. We offer structured role play at it's finest and as a role player you can take on multiple characters as you show you can handle it. The story line is already defined, so a part in it is much like being cast in a movie and our director is Metal Tango. We've recently relaxed the Plymouth Crucible so people can visit and see what the story and RP is all about. I can tell you there is nothing I like more than a long running story line that has a good story to tell. It includes vampires, witches, werewolves and more but not in any traditional sense and nobody is a "superhero", nobody is "indestructible" - isn't that a neat idea, villains and heroes with weaknesses and faults. Come to the Plymouth Crucible and check it out but, be aware there is a maze you must get through to get to the town and it's tricky, one wrong answer and...... My very first attempt at a fully mesh living room suit. It has a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table and multicolored touch floor lamp that works. The sofa and chair both have sits, just right click the cushion, select sit here and when you sit the menu pops up. The only thing not mesh is the oval area rug for obvious reasons, it's only one prim to start with. The upholstery pattern is "Peacock" and the wood is light walnut. The coffee and end table are brass, glass and wood. I hope you will enjoy this suit for your region as much as I did making it. - Blessings and much love, Lavia

Just wanted to let you all know on a little side note here, if you're coming to Lioness Den looking for Freebies you're wasting your time. I don't have anything that isn't on any of the million freebie regions out there and we are not a commercial grid, we are a role playing grid. Now if you would like to visit just to see what we've built and how the nature reserve is laid out and the overall beauty of the region, by all means come and visit and enjoy. Also you will never capture the true purpose and beauty of the region by standing on the docks camming around, it really is better to explore to see it all.
We do have regions available for rent and the prices are very reasonable as are the prim allocations which can be upgraded if needed at no additional charge. We are a friendly grid with a good reputation and we'd love to have you join us.
