Wrote an article this morning because I was asked how I created flowers. One method is torturing prims, and I love to use the polar array in Blender to create flowers but another is to mod by creating flowers out of neat parts! For many of us it is a passion to find cool items that are full perms and then take the parts and mod them into a new item. Always busy working (which I love) most of the time you will find me on a platform or a sim creating the next idea. I never really took the time out to create a "home" One day @ferdfrederix IM saying, "Hey!! I created a nice place I think you will like!" He loaded an OAR to 3HG called Rock Island, all you have to say is rocks to me and I am there! I love it so much ❣️ He had placed a perfect little tree house that makes an excellent home, thank you Ferd! I am home. In realms of code where pixels gleam,

I catch the 3HG Studios bus today and my driver is this cool, magical troll-like guy with huge feet straddling the gas and brake pedals. He flashes this wild-eyed grin and shouts, “Get in and buckle up!”

Before I can even find my seat, he’s spinning the bus out of control and diving straight into the ocean. We’re cruising underwater, octopuses scattering as we zoom past. A question I often get asked is, "Why are some OARS exclusive for Dreamgridders only, I thought this was a free and opensource platform with sharing?" Yes it is however, the reason some OARs are exclusive to DreamGrid users is that they contain purchased items with licenses that must be respected. Or the Creators of these OARS only offered them to Dreamgridders it is their license to share with us exclusively. By limiting the distribution of these OARs to the DreamGrid platform, we ensure that we are honoring those licensing agreements.

Roz Carr, born Rosamond Halsey Carr, was an American humanitarian and author who became widely known for her work in Rwanda. Born in 1912, she spent much of her early life as a fashion illustrator and model in New York before marrying British explorer Kenneth Carr.

In 1949, Roz Carr moved to Rwanda with her husband, where they managed a pyrethrum (a type of chrysanthemum used in insecticide) plantation. After her marriage ended, she remained in Rwanda, which became her home for the rest of her life. During the Rwandan Genocide in 1994, she witnessed the horrors of the conflict firsthand. Following the genocide, Roz Carr dedicated herself to helping orphaned children, founding the Imbabazi Orphanage on her plantation to provide care and education to children who had lost their families.

Carr authored a memoir titled Land of a Thousand Hills: My Life in Rwanda, which recounts her experiences in the country, from the time she arrived in the 1940s to the years following the genocide. Her work earned her recognition as a significant humanitarian figure, and she continued to live in Rwanda until her death in 2006 at the age of 94.

Roz Carr's legacy lives on through the orphanage and the lives of the 400 children she helped.

I took some time out today to visit Soda's Avedon Park, and Avedon South. Once you arrive, you'll find it nearly impossible to leave, as the allure of this enchanting place leaves an indelible mark on your heart.
