Something I've been playing with is texture change stuff and so I took a chair I found in open sim an a script from outworldz.com and some textures I have and POOF a chair that you can change the textures on the cushion. There are 12 different textures to choose from to suit whatever your décor is and it's free, full perm and waiting just for you! Well, I couldn't really make a Douglas Fir and NOT decorate one for an old fashioned Christmas, Decorated with gold tinsel and red, white & green plaid bows, old fashioned decorated ornaments and multi colored lights with a big star at the top takes me back to my childhood days. Another flower that I love that I've not seen in Opensim is the Fuchsia, they're so pretty. Well I took a shot at making them and the original basket was over 900 prims but I fought with Blender and got it down to 39, which is still primmy but not so bad when you see the detail involved, and they make a great decoration for a porch or balcony or even in a window. I put them in a hanging basket and you can find them at the greenhouse in or garden center here at the mall. They are C/M/T and free, stop by and get your basket. Blessings and much love, Lavia

My first feeble attempt at making a bed. I need to find the sleep pose ball for it and it'll be ready to go. Hopefully I'll learn to do more and nicer things. I am adding scripts to the furniture that will allow you to store your items like clothing, shoes, jewelry and just about anything you want for your role play enjoyment, but you don't have to use this furniture for immersive RP you can use it as a secondary storage for your favorite outfits and other things you need quick access to without searching forever in your inventory for them. We are at 14 and growing for the "Friends of The Genesis Roleplay Grid" wall. If you are not aware of it, to be on the Friends of the GRPG wall, all you have to do, is contact me, Lavia Lavine, either here in message or in world and let me know you want to have your region or grid represented in the wall. This will get you a walk through portal from our grid to yours and it will bear your logo and landmark, and that's really all there is to it. Some have asked me why I do this, well it's because with all the hatred, negativity and ridiculous competition in open sim, I felt it would be good to do something positive, just as I've seen other's do from time to time. It's not a "new" idea but it is sure a good one to get regions and grids networking with each other and growing a larger community. It's truly amazing to see the wonderful, beautiful creations that people have come up with for their grids and it's great fun to share it by networking. The New Best Friends Pet Center (and mini zoo) is now open for all who would like to visit and maybe find your fur-ever friend. There are canines, felines, equines, reptilian, aquatic and fantasy critters, and all are Animesh to add that "alive touch" to your region or home. They are free and they are for you. After building the glass house, it gave me an idea, a log home. This log home is partial mesh and partial prim the mesh is modifiable only in that you can re texture it. It has large glass windows to provide a beautiful view, a built in fireplace, cedar and tile floors, spiral steps, carved wood doors and stain glass windows and beautifully carved wood baluster for the kitchen area and a acacia wood and stained glass baluster for the loft. It's a home I could live in for sure. It's full perm and free here at the mall and you will find it next to the "Ancient Builds" which is listed on the Kiosk Teleporter. This is my latest build and I think one of my personal favorites, a one room luxury cabin with a raised floor for the Kitchen Area, high rise ceilings with large open front, back and side windows to let in all that beautiful sunlight and to just enjoy nature while snuggling next to the built in fireplace. It has carved wooden doors and decorative shutters and simple 4 pane windows and log door frames. This cabin would be gorgeous in any forested or mountainous setting. It is partial mesh but it can be retextured and it is copy, mod, transfer; it has a land impact of 34 including the doors and built in fireplace that has a warm crackling fire going. This beautiful treehouse / hut village is ready and available for all with the approval of the friend that I built it for. There are five huts with decks and ground to deck teleport access. It is full perm and free and waiting for anyone who would like a nice treehouse village in their region. All of the Tree Houses are connected with suspended log bridges for a nice "woodsy" experience. Don't want a whole village but like the idea of a tree house with a deck? I don't make plants very often because, frankly, I'm not very good at it. However, I adore certain plants and so that becomes a driving force for me to create it in world. Well besides Gladiolus, Spider Mums are one of my favorite flowers, I find them stunningly beautiful. So, I decided to try my hand at making them as I've not seen them in Open Sim anywhere. In this picture you can see them all nice and planted and next to them is the box that has all 9 colors. This build is "YUGE" as they say! Created for a mall type shop to be used as such, this giant shop boasts latticework entrance and doorways, fancy arched windows, brick exterior, decorative concrete pillars, and three fancy grillwork (teleporter) elevators. It's a unique blend of old and modern for a unique touch to any region. You can find it next to near "Fall's For You" beside "Skywind Designs" which are both by "Ezra's Antiques & Collectables". One of my very favorite flowers is the Gladiolus, and I haven't really seen any anywhere in Open Sim so, I got busy and did my best to reproduce my beloved flowers here in virtual so I can share them with everybody else. These flowers always make me smile they are so regal and beautiful. You can find them at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall in our Masala Al Kohav region at the "Create A Scene Garden Center". We are working on a full pet shop and a mini zoo for folks to enjoy. You can look at the beautiful Animesh animals and find a pet to take home and love. But for now, the shop is not open as we want folks to have the full pleasure of it being completed before it's open to visit. We're trying to make this a complete Animesh pet shop and zoo. Today has been a busy day at the mall as not only have we opened our new Magic Shop, but I got a little creative and made these Owl Lamps. I had gotten a lamp that was labeled "Owl Lamp" it turned out to be a Peregrine Falcon lamp, so I corrected the name on that one and made two, what I think are, really cute owl lamps with my favorite bird perched atop a tree and the moon providing the light. There are two versions, one with the owl facing front, and the other from the side and there are duplicate table versions as well. I have all four of them boxed up and waiting for you in the Living rooms Department in our Furniture section of the mall. Another sleepless night produced this beautiful pyramid with a reflecting pool and Sphynx (which isn't my build but it worked perfectly). Inside there is a huge room and a kind of a mini palace compete with statues, floor lamp torches, pillars and thrones. It turned out better than I had hoped it would and I hope you will enjoy it and use it for your "ancient" or "Egyptian" build. It comes complete with trees and statues and is the perfect addition or center piece for any ancient or even sci fi fantasy build. You can find it here at the mall in our "Ancient Builds" department. So the other day when I was working at our mall, a dear soul contacted me and said she didn't see a sales box in front of the ziggurat, well that was because they were not for sale only because they were a really sloppy build. I gave her one but felt bad because I don't like giving sloppy builds so, I drug it back into blender and cleaned it up, added ramps on the steps, brushed off the dirt and set it out for folks to get for sale for free!!! This Ancient Ziggurat will make any ancient build look amazing and realistic. Stop by the mall and get your copy and enjoy....and yes I've since given her a nice, neat, clean copy. I just finished this build and while it was intended to be a sort of a temple it ended up being something that can be used for anything. It could be an archive, a library, a temple, a synagogue, a church, a shop, a warehouse, the possibilities are endless. I got so excited about the solid color spider mums that I couldn't resist and created tipped spider mums and they turned out quite nice I think. There are 4 different colors, red, lilac, pink and gold and they are full perm and free at the Create a Scene Garden Center here at the mall. They're right in front of the greenhouse. Ask and ye shall receive. The church I made was loved but, far too big for my friend's needs, so when I suggested something smaller, it was agreed I'd make a chapel and this is it. A really beautiful little stone chapel that has a wonderful warmth to it and it comes fully decorated and furnished. One of my older builds from the former grid though I've made some adjustments and added a couple things and now it's ready for you to give it a home in your beautiful region. This fine church comes with a few decorations, working doors and pews with sits. It is C/M/T though some of the mesh parts may not be agreeable to retexture. One of my mother's favorite flowering bushes was the Forsythia with it's bright gold flowers and lime green leaves she often cut a few branches and put them in a vase of water on the dining room table, it was simple but very pretty. So I decided to make a Forsythia bush and make it available to all who would like one, it could make great hedges or privacy walls, it's mesh and resizable and only one prim. PS I upgraded the bush to be totally 3D which is more prims but well worth it for how pretty it looks, it's now 10 prims instead of 1 but the first one looked cheep this one actually looks real.

Howdy folks!!! One of our new grid members wanted a house that was very open, so with that thought in mind I created this house for her, however I'm making it available to anyone who would like it. This house features a built in fireplace, split levels, spiral stairs, decks, recessed ceiling lights (touch light), sliding doors and a carport. The build is pretty much all prim so it will be easy to modify and the mesh parts can be resized and re textured to your liking. It is full perm and free here at our mall, stop by and check it out. I'm reposting these two trees, a Wichita Juniper with berries and a Douglas Fir because after fighting with blender all night I managed to get them from 10 prims down to 3, (May be much higher in ubODE regions). The original load, I guess was too much so I had to break it down into parts and re do it about 3 time before it finally loaded like it should but by golly they're here, they're beautiful, they are nice and full, and they are full perm and free, waiting for you so they can help make your region(s) gorgeous. ANNOUNCING our newest department at the mall - "Heating & Cooling" and we'll have some cool stuff and hot deals for you!!! These two fireplaces are two of my original builds, but only two. There will be others and yes we'll have a few "imported" fireplaces and other items, but I will do my best to build many more items than are imported. What I have been doing is taking the houses I've built that have "heating" units and unlinking the units from the homes then placing them independently in the Heating & Cooling department. Something New in our Livingroom & Bedroom department at the mall. The Rose Nightstand is a beautiful little Nightstand or End Table of Oak wood and it has beautifully carved drawer fronts for that added panache to your décor. At Masala Al Kohav Mall something small but very useful, a wall and window set. One wall has the window already installed and is mesh, the single window is Mesh but the wall is simple prim The texture is rustic and can be modified to whatever texture you like and so can the window.
