Hi everyone! Today we start moving with friends. I found this woman's exercise videos a couple of years ago, and she is amazing. The movements are all low-impact and great for all of us over a certain age. This video focuses on the belly (core) and is done while sitting. Have a sturdy chair available. While it focuses on the core, she also gets the rest of your body moving.

We are starting with this video and will repeat doing these movements for the rest of January. We will add new ones in February. The idea, though, is to move, and we felt this was the perfect video to get us all started. You can move with us once a day or all three times and only do what is physically comfortable for you to do.

Our resolution this year is to get into better shape, and moving together will keep us accountable. It's too easy to say, "Oh, I'll do it tomorrow." We know how it is working on projects in-world and getting caught up in them, before you know it, you have been sitting for hours.

We are doing it 3x a day for 15 minutes. I'm sharing the video link so you can take a look at it, but we will be sharing our screen in the Daily Movement voice channel on the OpenSim Connect Discord Channel, that way, we can all do it together!
