Cozy Comforts Rentals – Community Guidelines

Welcome to our adult community. We want this space to feel relaxed, respectful and enjoyable for everyone. By renting an apartment, skybox or parcel, you agree to the following guidelines.

Adult Environment

This is an adult region. Avatars must clearly represent adults (18+). Any appearance or roleplay suggesting minors is not permitted. This topic is taken seriously to protect the community and the region.

Parcel & Design

You are welcome to personalize your rented space and garden to reflect your style. We simply ask that the overall exterior appearance of the property remains harmonious.

Please avoid building structures that exceed the height or size of the surrounding buildings. Tall trees may be possible, but should be approved in advance.

Please note that parcel protection systems may not function reliably above approximately 100 meters.

Rights for Tenants of Parcels

Apartments and Skyboxes have no rezz rights. Sad, but true, there were renters installing harming scripts. Private parcels allow up to 444 prims per rental area and are reserved for friends.

The tenant can deed the parcel to a group and share with friends and family. You can close your own parcel and only let people on access list in. You can use your own radio stations. You can make yourself invisible from outside. Being an owner has many advantages. Also you are allowed to build skyboxes over 800 meters, but stay within your general prim limit of 444 Prims.

Automated Systems

Please do not install systems that automatically address visitors, distribute landmarks or notecards, ask unsolicited questions, or create the impression that you are the owner of the region.

Shared Spaces

Feel free to enjoy the adult furniture in public areas such as beaches or community houses. These areas are meant for everyone to relax and connect respectfully.

Respect & Cooperation

Our goal is cooperation, not punishment. If a rule is overlooked, we will address it together. Continued disregard of the guidelines may lead to loss of parcel rights.
