Ok in this one I did something super special to the terrain floater.
I added spinners for size of the yellow selection box and xy is the bottom left hand coordinate to place it. You can now do borders super easy with a box at 0,0 and the size being 1 wide and 1024 long...or you can make perfect square parcels in moments all the same exact size.....picture below.

Will be fixing a bug where the spinners are on every panel but it is so cool I got super anxious to share it...will let you all know when i fix the spinners on EVERY tab! :-)

I think it's great that you're working on improvements and new features for Firestorm, but what happens if you can no longer do so due to health problems? People get sick all the time, and then you'll never be able to do anything again.
Then your project will be over.
Or Microsoft releases a new update, you're unable to work, Firestorm stops working, and there's no one who can fix it.
My opinion is that you should work together with the creators of Firestorm.
