I have added a modified autoreturn script.
I found it kind of annoying to be able to take a boat or car or whatever and adventure, but when I got out of the vehicle it would return and I would be stranded, or the region owner would have to not be able to autoreturn the vehicles. This modded script will only return if the driver leaves the region, so now you can take a vehicle to an location for an adventure, picnic, or whatever and then you can still have it available for the return trip. If you leave the region, it will put itself away.
