Take to the water and FLY!
OPENSim Network Grid is continuing our development of interactive physics-based experiences with our new Flyboard system, built specifically for OpenSim.
This isn't just a vehicle that moves up and down. The Flyboard has been developed to give the rider a much more dynamic experience over the water, with forward flight, rapid lift, controlled descent, banking left and right, turning, hovering, and even backflips.
The system features twin high-pressure water-jet effects, a water-powered motor system, and a flexible particle hose connecting the Flyboard to its water source. The board pitches during climbs and descents and banks into turns, creating a much more convincing feeling of riding a real water-powered Flyboard.
