Al mattino fare dei gargarismi con acqua tiepida accompagnati da mezzo bicchiere di limone.

I am more than happy to do this for anyone who buys the venue and will do so at no extra charge, so feel free to ask :-). Please keep the name at 9 letters or less so that it will fit nicely on the sign.
