The new OSW beacon is now in the OSW package in our region. The new beacon includes some bug fixes and a new Like / comment button that allows people who visit your region to give likes and comments to your region. Get it from our region along with the new HUD!

After a lot of work and testing, the new NewLifeItaly Viewer for Windows is finally available, created specifically for our grid.

This is not the usual Viewer that needs to be configured. It is already set up exclusively for NewLifeItaly, with our name, our icon and direct access to the grid.

The main new feature is the integration of Cam and Microphone directly inside the Viewer. A single button opens a narrow sidebar that does not cover your avatar or obstruct the view of the land. The camera and microphone can be activated separately, while the webcams of avatars in the same region are displayed vertically with scrolling.

We now have a Viewer designed to make NewLifeItaly even more complete and engaging, without requiring external programs.

The project will continue to grow with new features developed specifically for our grid.

Two new tools are now available directly from the simulator management page:

💬 Send region message
Send an instant alert to everyone currently connected to the region.

✏️ Rename region
Change the region name directly from ManagerSim. The new name is saved safely in the region configuration and becomes active after the simulator is restarted.

🔒 Both features respect your existing simulator permissions and security rules.

Envoyez une alerte instantanée à toutes les personnes actuellement connectées sur la région.

✏️ Renommer la région
Modifiez directement le nom de la région depuis ManagerSim. Le nouveau nom est enregistré de manière sécurisée dans la configuration et devient actif après le redémarrage du simulateur.

🔒 Ces deux fonctions respectent les droits d’accès et les règles de sécurité déjà en place.
