Dividing Land?

Anyone know how to Divide Land Easily ?? Our land is an 8x8 and I am clueless how to do it even if i try I don't think i am doing it correctly

If you use Firestorm, use the FS help there. Alot of infos how to do. Dividing a region is nothing else then creating parcels upon a region.
