Coopersville freebie store is still there. It's just not landmarked properly anymore.
It's also Kitely so landmarks are a bit hinky. If you really need it, let me know. They have NICE Edwardian things.

Steam on OSGrid by Vbinnia Radek. There's a pick in my OSGrid profile that takes you to the shop. Some clothing items on the second floor.
Taarna Welles has one sort of Victorian esque outfit and she certainly has some cute Victorian boots:

And Coopersville which was made by Koshari Manhana but has been taken over by Elspeth Sorrelwood is an Edwardian region with some freebies at the landing for people to dress in period clothing for role play:

Also, add my Avatar Warehouse on the Atlantis sim. There are 'Western Outfits/Avatars' on the first floor in the back. In my profile, under Welcome. Teleport to Welcome, then Atlantis is the sim on the other side of the runway.
