ambientCG is a very good source not just for good old textures, but actually for PBR materials.
But you have to first convert them into something that works in OpenSim (Firestorm 7, Cool VL Viewer). And you should also convert them into something that works for those with weaker computers and Firestorm 6 or Singularity.
