24 hours support 7 days per week? no, that would be impossible, we need to sleep as well :-) . However we are pleasantly crazy, and have friendly and helpfull grid owners and co-tennants. We have a double backup system for just in case, but so far we are stable and lag free.
Regions of 5x5 always, if you think it is too big, we can lower land for you, so you have water around your land. Lots is possible with a 5x5 region.
