When we launched on October 13, GridGather was a brand-new idea: one social home for every grid on the Hypergrid. Three weeks later, here's where we are:

Dear campfire dancers and music lovers.
Tomorrow, November 2nd, starting at 8:00 PM (12:00 SLT) , there will be another musical romp around the campfire. (Pre-music starts at 7:30 PM).
Folks – it's already November – and now it's getting colder outside – so I'll finally "unpack" the promised second Italian evening – so that we can at least warm ourselves musically with thoughts of an Italian vacation. Let's go, avanti!

Trek to Rivendell from North West along the Brandywine River down to bywater across to bree. We have provided bicycles, motorbikes and even a sports car if you can find it. Explore that huge cave system near North two levels dont get lost now. Walk along the trail to Brandywine river down to Bilbo Baggins house in the South West of the Region across to bywater up to Bree and over to Rivendell explore the Mysty Mountains there and then trek over to Lonely Mountain and experience the Dragon with fire.

A Visual Autobiography by Aphra Hendrix
This exhibition brings together a collection of artworks created over several years, each inspired by someone who crossed my path and left a mark on my life – lovers, musicians, artists and friends.

From my first love in France in 1985 to the vibrant years in Berlin and the encounters that followed, these works reflect different chapters of my personal journey. They tell stories of passion, inspiration, friendship, artistic collaboration and loss.

Looking back at these pieces today, I see more than individual artworks. Together, they form a visual diary of people, emotions and unforgettable moments – a personal history told through colours, images and creative expression.

I created these works some years ago and am now considering revisiting and reworking them. Whether they will be ready by Wednesday remains to be seen.

If not, the exhibition will make its debut at our next Speed Dating event – an occasion that seems particularly fitting for a collection exploring love, relationships and the unexpected ways people become part of our stories.

Every picture has a story. Every story leaves a mark.
