I am trying to become a pro member so I can add more regions.
I have tried several times to find where to become a pro user. I have 861 Gold coins so enough to be pro. I have tried to add the region several times hoping that it would show where to be pro but it does not. It just sends me to the page to buy more gold coins.

Thx @marpil from TIERRA DE VOLCANES and the whale recently released. I have resized it (over 441 meters length) and rezzed temp over my sim NORGE... it doesnt fit.. but looks so damn cool :)
