95% of south dragon beach is open, there's still alot of media center stuff that's taking up space for now. I'd say taking a booth at OSG12B has been beneficial and while no one's grabbed a parcel or spoken to me about renting land, it has brough visitors.

The south beach is under construction but the north beach is open to be used for whatever. Stay cool everyone, Logan

I dont use a PBR viewer cos i hate what it does to the environment and agree with Pagane on that, too much pink. You can get good results with BP textures if you use the shine and bump etc
