Get a copy, rez the box and follow the instructions.

There is also apps you can add to the collar and a remote hud.

There are several collars to choose from including a few from OpenCollar github

If you want to use your own collar, grab the box with scripts and put them in the contents tab.

please note that with versions 8.0-8.3 the leash post can no longer be rezzed from a collar or the remote.
