When you visit Xinashi, you may find some broken items and/or items missing textures. You may also see a big bonfire. I'm burning up the broken stuff, which will be replaced with not-broken stuff. (Good plan, huh)? As soon as I find some paisley paint, items missing textures will be painted paisley. (Fun)! Or the textures will be restored or replaced (Boring). Sorry about my beautiful region looking not-so-beautiful at the moment.
