LINKUP OPENS WITH A BIG BANG!
Yesterday, LinkUp opened its doors on OpenSim in spectacular style, with up to 50 OpenSim residents joining us and helping make our grand opening an unforgettable morning!
The event got underway with DJ Whisper opening the celebration, setting the perfect mood and getting everyone onto the dancefloor with an amazing selection of music.
We were then treated to fantastic live performances from our two special guests, Ouienanda Proud2B Thai and Eva Fae, who took to the stage and entertained the crowd with their incredible performances.
DJ Ted also kept the music flowing and the party atmosphere alive, ensuring the dancefloor stayed packed and full of energy.
The dancefloor was full of moving bodies, laughter, dancing, and good vibes as everyone came together to celebrate the opening of LinkUp.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended, supported us, danced with us, and helped make our opening such a massive success!
Up to 50 residents, two incredible live performers, two fantastic DJs, and one rocking dancefloor!
And this is only the beginning… LinkUp is officially open!

Come wearing your best burlesque outfits or simply as you are to enjoy the music and the show. FRONT 242 have always had a vision of the future. Over the course of more than 40 years, they have shown us what is possible through the use of technology, human imagination, and creativity—utilizing instruments far beyond their intended purpose. FRONT 242 consistently embraced the latest available technologies to keep their music fresh, groundbreaking, and contemporary, all while ceaselessly pushing their sound to the limits of what is logically possible.
In the 1980s, Front 242 strived to project a visual mystery and anonymity to accompany their aggressive physical stage performances. The band's ethic is largely responsible for defining the rivethead style of industrial and EBM culture which included the wearing of military gear, such as flak jackets, camouflage, and combat boots, as well as hairstyles, sunglasses, accessories, tattoos, and piercings. Front 242 have consistently distanced themselves from far-right ideology. Their use of totalitarian and military imagery was intended to provoke and critique society, not to propagate a political ideology.
