Buy a structure with a working open on collision door, and extract the script. Places offering multiple structures for sale should have at least one like that.

Open a door on collision. I have an old one that I've had for a decade. But it seems to be flakey, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

what do you want the script do? glow on collision, teleport on collision, rez on collision...?
