I'm asking here before i put in a support ticket to Digiworldz. Can anyone from Digiworldz get into my grid? I have only the two regions.

For anybody running Dreamgrid and having the same issue ... I updated to Dreamgrid v7.204 which has the following fix:
"It's possible for a router to reboot and the IP chage. It now detects this and restarts Robust and all running regions. Before you had to manually restart to get back in sync. This also improves the Publicity function."
That's what was happening to me, but I failed to connect the dots.

Elaine,I sent my DigiworldZ avatar Aoife Mayo to Fae Farms and got there with no problem, just underwater.

Elaine i was test it to hop at both of your Regions and get the Info NO REGIONS FOUND WIT THAT NAME ...sorry not to have better info for you ,i hope soon its fixed again for you.
