The Hidden Gem Most People Miss
Many residents spend time creating wardrobe systems that require external servers, databases, web panels, or scripted outfit storage systems. What many don't realize is that the Firestorm Viewer already includes a powerful built-in Wardrobe Manager that lets you save, organize, and quickly wear outfits directly from your inventory.
What Is the Wardrobe Manager?
The Wardrobe Manager is located in the Outfit Gallery tab within Firestorm. It creates visual outfit thumbnails so you can browse your wardrobe like a clothing catalog.
Benefits: Save complete outfits View outfit thumbnails Organize clothing collections Instantly wear saved outfits Create themed wardrobe folders Reduce inventory hunting
Opening the Wardrobe
Manager
Method 1: Avatar → Outfit Gallery
Method 2: Click the Outfit Gallery tab if it is already docked in your interface.
Creating a New Outfit
1. Dress your avatar exactly how you want.
2. Open Avatar → Appearance → Save As.
3. Give the outfit a name such as Evening Gown, Beach Outfit, Victorian Formal, or CyberpunkNight.
Adding a Thumbnail Image
1. Wear your outfit.
2. Position your camera.
3. Open the Outfit Gallery.
4. Right-click the outfit and choose "Take Snapshot for Outfit".Firestorm creates a thumbnail image for that outfit.
Wearing an Outfit
1. Open Outfit Gallery.
2. Click the outfit thumbnail.
3. Choose Replace Current Outfit or Add to Current Outfit.
Organizing Your Wardrobe
Example folders: Formal Wear Fantasy Casual Why This Is Better Than Many Wardrobe
Systems
