🌊 A Note from Mermaid’s Cove 🌊

Dear friends,

Due to illness in my family, I’ll be stepping back for a little while. Mermaid’s Cove will remain open for your enjoyment, but The Golden Dreams Ballroom and The Blue Grotto will be closed for events for a few weeks.

I truly hope to be back soon. When I return, DJ Macy, Putrisolo, and I will bring you even more wonderful events to enjoy together and prepare for new live singers and DJs at the cove too!

In the meantime, please make yourselves at home in the cove —
• enjoy the shopping,
• relax on the beaches,
• explore the carnival,
• and take a swim in Mermaid Lagoon.

There is 24/7 music, and the club and ballroom spaces remain open for dancing with someone special.

Time really does fly, here we are, six months later, and The Wrong Biennale is coming to a close on March 31, 2026.
What an incredible experience it’s been, blending the real world with the virtual. We want to thank all the artists who participated, they all brought so much creativity and originality to the table. Even though we joined a bit late, everyone pulled together and met the deadlines beautifully. Each artist was given just one parameter, to create their exhibit using AI, and the results are wildly diverse, thought-provoking, and completely unique.
The response has been amazing. The website received well over 2,000 views, the in-world exhibit welcomed hundreds of visitors with over a thousand visits, and we were featured on The Wrong’s Instagram as well as their official press page. We also had the pleasure of hosting visits from the VWEC, Thirza’s Hypergrid Safari, and many attendees from OSCC during the conference weekend.
We couldn’t be more proud of what’s been created here.
While The Wrong officially wraps up at the end of March, Ilan Tochner, owner of Kitely, has generously extended the exhibit for an additional three months.
