I did something constructive in my free time and I hope this will benefit anyone who is interested.

IMAGE-NPC Machine — A streamlined NPC management station for OpenSim 0.9.x. Easily snapshot avatars' appearances into notecards, preview NPCs from your library, cycle animations for posing, and manage all NPCs from one linkset. This replaces our old four-script system with a single root-prim engine using pure OSSL—no permission issues or orphan NPCs. It's owner-only and prevents unauthorized sitting.

Quick Setup: In about 30 seconds, rez four cubes, link them, insert the assembler script, and touch once. It reshapes the linkset into the machine, then self-deletes. Add a few standing animations and the IMAGE-NPC Machine.lsl script to start using it.

Features include a TAKE workflow for inventory delivery, region-wide NPC scanning with KILL ALL for easy cleanup, and a customizable architecture. Designed by Dirty Helga and Spax Orion. CC BY-NC ENJOY!

SIM beacon is offline but still have acess for public. just dont mind the pixel dust. Redoing the region entirely . bringing stuffs from the time on GCG - Tromsø RL city replica - it will be a long and complex job - will take time, specially when I`ve been more playing ESO than being online on opensim but I will get there :)
