SL does that too. But there, you are basically watching a streaming video of the SL viewer running on a very expensive server, and it is like a remote desktop system for gaming. Probably not their best or most sustainable idea ever. :)

Right - but this is much cheaper and you can run anything on it. Rather than being limited to just a viewer.
