Here's a brief update. Free Animals Sim is gone. I have created a Sim called DALLAS 2 that is becoming my Sim of my ANIMALS and much more. New items as well. When you arrive in DALLAS 2, CHECK OUT THE SMALL VENDORS. Many stuff boxes are from my inventory; you never know what's in them, and also boxes I have found around. Also, my daughter is working hard to get the gates open. Watch for the opening coming soon, but Dallas is always open. If you cannot get in, message me, and I will see that you can. Have fun.

Hi again everyone! Just an FYI, I have removed the Wednesday costume from my shop as well as the gown from the Lady Muerto costume. I gather from open sim. I have stated before that I am not the creator. You can examine each and while the box it is in may be mine, the items inside are not. Everyone have fun for Halloween! My shop will remain but as I have also stated in past posts, if you see something that is yours that you don't wish to have shared, let me know! I will remove it :) There is no way for me to know where, over the years, I have picked things up. The Holiday Spirit has gotten hold of me and so I have been touched, though those who know me will tell you I'm touched (in the head) LOL. Anyway I just love working with my programs to produce beautiful things and this Nativity Scene has turned out lovely and will be a stunning addition to any Christmas venue or you can shrink it down to sit on a mantle or under a tree, but it reminds us of the REAL reason for the season. So once again, there I was, playing around in Meshy AI, and Blender and I finally figured out how to transfer the file with it's texture and get Blender to put it together then upload it with the textures included and POOF, a beautifully rendered, textured bust of my art work in the form of the Bust of King David. This sculpture along with the painting in the background and the Star of David wall or door décor, are available in The Plaza here at the mall. They are full perm and free for you. So I was mess'n around in Meshy and made this cute little mesh Star of David for the Rosh Hashana 5786 (2025 into 2026) New Year which is on September 22 this year. This little gem is so pretty and decorative it can be left on your door or wall all year until the next Rosh Hashana. You can find it in The Plaza here at the mall. It's free and full perm. A good friend told me about Meshy, so I decided to try it and using a portrait I had made in my AI Art program, I made something that to me is very special. I have always loved King David and reading the Psalms and in recent years, after having discovered my own Jewish heritage, I decided to pay my respects to the good King by making the portrait in my AI program, then I pulled that into Meshy and presto! A beautiful sculptured bust of King David, just in time to celebrate Rosh Hashana. Rosh Hashanah means "the head of the year" or "first of the year" in Hebrew and is the JEWISH NEW YEAR. It is one of Judaism's holiest days and commemorates the creation of the world. It begins September 22, 2025 at sundown; ends at nightfall on September 24, 2025. If you would like your own copy of the bust, you can find it here at the Mall in our Livingroom department. Who doesn't love celebrating a new year?

I want to thank everyone who participated in our little poll yesterday regarding adoption of PBR viewers. The tally as of today: 45% of the 29 respondents said they love it, 28% said they had tried it but had reverted back, and 14% said they had no interest in using one.

As I have shown before, the pic above shows the difference between PBR and full Blinn-Phong materials. Both are the best I was able to accomplish with each graphics engine. Both are part of all my builds now, so users can decide how they want to see them.

As many of you know, I've always been an early adopter and proponent of new viewer features, such as materials and eep, and used them in everything, regardless of how widely adopted the tech was among the user base. And as with pbr now, the primary early adopters are usually artists, designers, and creators, because we are are supported by a great group of patrons who enable us to keep doing what we love and push the limits of creation on this platform. So, if a user doesn't want to upgrade, we understand and we accommodate, but if they do, they're in for a treat :-)
