Uses of Walls

The Wall of Dolls, an artistic installation in Milan, Italy, is a poignant and sober statement that marks and condemns violence against women. The wall features dolls of various kinds, symbols of childhood innocence, alongside the names of murdered women, as well as photos, posters, and poems, Some of these detail statistics on crimes against women, and some of them powerful statements written by survivors.

In 1998, the United Nations Development Fund for Women organized a photo exhibit that contrasted a "wall of shame", focusing on women's plight and suffering, with a "wall of hope", showcasing initiatives to end violence against women. In Second Life, the collaborative arts group, 2Lei organized a yearly event from 2009 to at least 2019 on November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. Last night, the wonderful and generous (if not mischievous!) Jimmy Olsen spent time teaching me how to make static EEP skies. He doesn't like what I am doing because he wants it to look slightly blurry for more "realism," but mine are not for that. I am thinking about them for doing events at the Playa, even manually changing them out during the events! Or maybe at an art festival! The sky is my canvas! During an art festival, you could share the work of others, changing them out periodically. Thanks for your time and patience, Jimmy! Now the fun begins!

Athena hat beschlossen, dass ihr Kleiderschrank dringend ein Update braucht. I've been setting up this docks area with fishing boats I found on Sketchfab. I also found some fish to create a little local market vibe. Anyways...if anyone else could benefit from some of these things they're mostly (a few things were not full perm finds) free to copy/buy for 0 on Fianna Rua. You will land on a smaller island and you need to take the sign teleporter on the dock there to get to the bigger one...or fly. Mind my mess as I'm still working on so many parts of this and making decisions. But it's starting to become more cohesive:)

Club Oasis, totally redone for 2026. Light, modern but eternally romantic in style. No flashy lights, neon or rotating spots/beams but a ton of warmth in the lighting and the decorating which has a ton of plants and flowers, like a true Oasis in the desert.

I have in world the latest version of open collar, everything will be full perm once i set it out

The latest cuffs and Ao were not opensource. You can head to loteks store to grab a copy of any ao in there to use with 8.3.

Some animations and things were not opensource and therefore the scripts, notecards and etc have been adjusted.

I may also add some animations that were also on github.

None of this is my creation, I have had people looking for 8.3, i am not a scripter nor really a builder. I challenged myself to bring this in world.

Upon entering Fantasia, the very air feels different—lighter, warmer, and alive with a quiet magic. Before you is the Fairy Meadow, a vast rolling field carpeted with wildflowers in every imaginable color. Tiny lights drift lazily above the blossoms as fairies flit from petal to petal, their laughter sounding like soft chimes in the breeze. In that moment, you realize with absolute certainty that you have crossed into another world, one untouched by time and filled with wonder.

A gently winding path invites you forward, leading you toward the Hobbit Village nestled into grassy hills. Round wooden doors are set into the earth, each framed with ivy and flowering vines. The comforting aroma of fresh bread pulls you toward a cozy bakery, where golden loaves cool on open windowsills and the sound of cheerful humming drifts out the door. Nearby, the winery rests beneath arching grapevines, its barrels aging quietly as the scent of sweet fruit and oak fills the air. Hobbit folk pass by, tipping their hats and offering warm smiles, making you feel like a welcome guest rather than a stranger.

Continuing farther down the path, the scenery slowly transforms as towering trees rise overhead, their branches weaving together to form a natural canopy. You have entered the Fairy Forest, a place of soft shadows and glowing mushrooms that light the way. The forest hums with life—rustling leaves, distant bird calls, and the gentle trickle of hidden streams. Yet curiosity urges you onward.

The path climbs slightly and opens into a breathtaking sight: the Elven Treehouse Village. Seven magnificent treehouses stand high among ancient trees, each one unique and masterfully crafted. Lanterns glow warmly from windows, and laughter echoes through the branches. From this lofty village, you can see the meadow, the hills, and the forest—reminding you that this magical land holds endless adventures, just waiting to be discovered.

You soon realize you have only seen about one third of Fantasia!
