Use the module to rez an object (for example, a tree or greeter) scattering it across a region within specified estate. You can optionally scatter the object across all regions in the estate. Like if you want to landscape 256 regions at once. Avoids putting things in water and on cliffs. Please do not take items from the SimGear store or the store with opensim collars/scripts and place them in your own store. I already see these items in another store.
There are only a few people authorized to distribute SimGear products and spax has requestion that others dont just take the items to place in there own store. It is also in a notecard in all the boxes.
Opensim collars will have at least one more update, but to limit outdated collars across opensim, please do not just take the items to put in your own store. Even tho i didn't make the scripts or collars, I have permission from the creator to distribute the items and do the work to update them when an update rolls out. I did take time and effort to provide all of this for everyone to enjoy.

Not many people know this, but I underwent major surgery on January 16 and am still recovering. That is why you have not been seeing me in-world as much lately.
I kept this mostly private, but I realize that doing so may have left some of you wondering, especially those visiting my shopping regions and waiting longer than usual for responses. I apologize for the delays and appreciate your patience.
The surgery was successful, but healing has been slower than I hoped, and rebuilding my energy has been a challenge. I am doing my best and gradually increasing my time online. I check Facebook and Discord daily, so those are the best ways to reach me for now rather than in-world messages.
I have many projects on hold that I am looking forward to resuming. I am adding new content to the store and will make an announcement as soon as everything is fully ready.
If you visit the shop and an item is not set for sale, it simply means it still needs final work. Please do not request early copies. I do not have the energy to rush custom requests at this time. Once items are ready, they will be available. In the meantime, there is plenty of original content available now.
Now that you know what has been going on, I would deeply appreciate your prayers, chants, healing thoughts, or whatever form of good energy you practice. It has been a difficult season, but I am improving each day. I miss being in-world with you all and look forward to returning more fully soon.

The goal was a clean, automated solution with a clear separation between the production server and the external backup server.
The system is based on:
âą encrypted Borg backups
âą separate backup scripts for files and databases
âą staggered cron jobs
âą clearly defined retention rules
âą fully documented recovery scenarios
The documentation is intentionally general and not tailored to a specific grid or database.
It can serve as a guide for other administrators who want to implement a similar structure.
Included are:
âą Complete setup steps (repository, SSH, passphrase automation)
âą Sample scripts for daily and weekly backups
âą Retention/prune strategies
âą Logging and control mechanisms
âą Restore of individual files
âą Database recovery
âą Complete disaster recovery process
