Hi all,
Does anybody know of places where you can get scripted guns that shoot physical bullets. I found some at Lani on osgrid (free) and one set on yggdrasil on moonrose (play money). But I'm looking for others. Specifically regular guns/rifles/pistols and not blasters/lasers.

Hello Friends. I need a couple of volunteers for Le Beau Retrouve' Art Gallery on Sept 29th during the Fall opening event.
I need a tour guide for the Special Projects Exhibition. This will take place around 11:15am - 12 PM SLT. This is mainly a supportive role to guide people through the exhibit, which is on a 2x2 region attached to the gallery.
The second volunteer I need is a good photographer for the event starting at 12 noon SLT. I want photos of the attendees...think Red Carpet...but also candid photos during the event as well.
I would do all of these things myself, but I will be busy working with the entertainment part of the event, and during, I will be busy greeting guests, answering questions, etc., and generally a nervous wreck.

It maybe wishful thinking, but has anyone seen a race track lap timer and leader board on their travels?

I have a cool one in SL that had a start/finish line and checkpoints to place in key locations around the track to stop short cuts. It would display the top ten lap times/names on the leader board.

I have been to a few race tracks in open sim and have never been able to get hold of one. I have never seen one in any malls/freebie places either.

Any sources for a working bowling alley? I have seen many in my travels but none are able to be taken/bought. Ideally hoping to find one with full perms on the scripts as well, but I'll take what I can get. 😅

We have a mall on the Genesis Roleplay Grid that has a lot of original content made on our grid by various creators. Most of us have our own shop and there is a TP board to get around. Lavia has also put out a lot of stuff she has found that is FP. All of my stuff, I made myself, mostly twisting prims. Lavia is the mesh creator. So if you are looking for original content, maybe you will find something you like or have been looking for. I don't intend for this to be about self-promotion, although it is I suppose. I just wanted to share what we have on our grid in case it will be helpful to anyone looking for original stuff.
We also have a shop that is all Selea Core, reboxed, and cleaned up, as a lot of boxes I had found had multiples of the same thing or broken stuff. I fixed what I could, including the swings. What a project that was! I had a lot of things I had never seen anywhere else, so I boxed all of that up too. I know there are some SC fans still and if you are not familiar, she makes beautiful landscaping and other things. She used a lot of scripts, so I have removed scripts that could be removed, like birds and butterflies for less lag.
I am going to share a picture of one of my newest builds, a bar you can put your logo on if you wish. I hope it is OK to post it here. It is a pretty good example of what I make. The stools have sits, and the bar isn't scripted but it is all FP for you to do as you wish. Love this group and everyone in it! Thanks for being my friends!

hi all , is there a HG Portal, that has buttons at the side, and you can see in the portal the picture of the place , and as you use forward button or back button the pic in the HG potal Changes, i see it on one grid but can for the life of me remember the grid name ?

I had a difficult week and, unfortunately, rewrote the group guidelines with an uncharacteristically harsh tone. I've re-written the rewrite so it's clear and not too pissy.

I got the question, "why have a chat channel in the group if we aren't supposed to chat?" It's because we've not gotten it removed yet. The guidelines should now give a more clear explanation of why we don't use chat other than to provide the URL of new posts.

Alerting group members of a new post with simply a URL, will, ideally, encourage us all to visit the group and see if we can help.

If people open the group chat notification and see a bunch of chattering, they could decide to never look at the notifications at all. That isn't helpful in finding more helpers on the group. And without helpers, the group can't do what we want it to do.

Hot from the chat box...from me (plus some extra super informative notes!)

As much as I dislike it, I'm going to chat to end the chat. The group guidelines ask that you do not post asks in chat, and not answer them. If you post in the group, you can let people know by pasting just the link to that post in chat. And as likeable as we all are, the group is not a social hub. There is no good reason to use chat in the group. And there are several good reasons not to. First, the chat feature can not be turned off. And, if someone does chat, the group message mail box notice auto-annoyingly pops up over, and over, and over again. For me, and likely others, the only solution is to ignore the message notification, which means notifications about new post are not seen. Not good. Not good at all.

So, our group guideline ask that you do not use group chat. I started the group as an alternative to chat, and in the first month of our now two year existence, we became the largest and most active group on OSW. For many, our group is one of the best experiences we have on the site. We have a dedicated crew of helpers, including grid and shop owners. We are nice people. Please be nice back and don't use chat.

Chat in this group not only annoys people in general. It annoys me. I don't want to be annoyed. You don't want me to be annoyed. So, lets look at what annoying things have happened since yesterday.

Cyber posted about a problem. Harper provided a solution. Jamie, one of the group moderators, said that she had taken action so Cyber wouldn't see the group chats anymore. Any chat messages after that were not necessary.

And yet, now a day after all had been resolved, the chat was kept alive by further chat. The chat was about a person. No one in this group need chat about people -- especially when you are requested to chat not at all.

Jamie took steps to stop Cyber from getting chats. She removed him from the group. In the past, I've taken the same step when people consistently ignore the group guidelines, even after they have been reminded of them in a personal message. Please regard this as a personal message to those who haven't read the guidelines, and/or don't follow them.

The moderators and I can remove persistent chatters from the group when they ignore a private message to follow the guidelines. Hopefully, removing people from the group will not be necessary. And if someone is removed, all they need to do is private message us and say that:
1. They have read the guidelines and
2. Agree to follow them.

That has only been necessary a few times, and when people return, they are often one of the first people to remind people in chat not to chat, PLUS move the request made in chat to a group post. How cool is that! We want to help people find what they are looking for. And they ain't looking for no chat.

i am looking for a clothing designer to create a shortened Yukata just above the knee for females. I need it for the following bodies: Athena, LaraX, Legacy, Reborn, Perky, Petites and Mesh/Classic Style. They all need to be the same look (pictured above). i also need one for Male bodies with a thinner belt.
